OUTSTANDING!!! Kiro came out same day call was requested and was super knowledgeable. Replaced the bad heating element in 30 minutes! Old Maytag is heating like new! Went above and beyond, cleaning up lint in the internal areas of the dryer and advised that all other parts in dryer looked really good! Very professional, polite, and helpful!! Outstanding Service!!!! Highly Recommend!

This company has false claims. Website says repair truck is fully stocked with anything necessary for your repair. When the tech leaves your refrigerator will be fixed.
Not so. Tech had nothing to fix my refrigerator. Said it had low freon because it had a leak maybe. But the only section that was not working was the freezer. Refrigerator section was very cold. Tried to sell me $350 in freon or option of $1200 new compressor. All that was needed was a new $50 defrost valve. So either a scam or he didn't know what he was doing. Steer clear of this company.

I scheduled an appointment for a tech to come look at my washer between 1 - 4 on January 21. They said the tech would call 30 mins before coming. 4 PM passed and I still had not heard so I called at 5 to get an update. The dispatcher sent a message to the tech. 630 still nothing so I called back and the dispatcher sent a message to the tech... They never showed and never called. Today at 11AM i get a call from the dispatcher to reschedule.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Came on time. Very helpful while he was doing repair by explaining what he was doing and why. I guess I was just anxious the next Friday. So I called and he came. He rechecked everything and it was ok. Repair prices were very reasonable. I thought I was going to have to buy a new fridge. Will recommend to others.

I needed my stove repaired and hired APL. Max was very professional and very quickly diagnosed the problem being a faulty switch not providing the full voltage. He was able to get the replacement part and come back to finish the job same-day, and the whole repair only cost just over $300. Very satisfied. Give this dude a raise!
