I had been dealing with Callahan Appliance for over a month for an ice machine issue, that was under warranty, until their manager refused to send anyone else out (after 6 times). GE ended up sending Premier Appliance and Derrick was the best! He was here maybe 30 minutes and fixed the issue! I am so glad the other company didn’t want to send anyone else out bc then my issue would have never been fixed. I would refer Derrick to anyone else.

I had an excellent experience with Ellie Appliance Repair! Kiro diagnosed and replaced a dishwasher component that was causing a very significant water leak. Kiro was knowledgeable, professional and explained everything to me as repairs were performed. This is the second time I've used Elite and would use them again.

Kiro was a great, knowledgeable guy who was able to assess and fix my issue immediately. He went above and beyond to get my stove lower door back on track. Something I never even thought about. I had a broken bulb in my microwave and he removed and replaced it for me. I really do appreciate Kiro for all his hard work. He also looked up item numbers for me that I had no idea on where to start.
