She goes above and beyond to help every person that she talks to and make sure they not only have been taken care of but that they are satisfied as well. This is not what I expected out of this company. I've not had a filter replaced since the unit was first installed. I keep getting people coming to my house, but I've got to wait until a filter is ordered. This is the same filter that was placed in my unit. Why do I need to wait? I've been waiting for a new filter since November of last year.

I have had my house for 32 years and had several AC companies out. Temp Pro is the best. They are professional, timely, knowledgeable, highest quality work, answer all questions and are just absolutely awesome and wonderful to work with. They care about their clients and make sure they're comfortable and happy. I will never use anyone else.

I have had them out to replace duct work a little while back. We are wanting to add zoning to our home but we haven’t had any luck requesting a quote. They originally stated they would call me back to set it up and have now stopped answering my calls.

From the start this was an exceptional experience. I needed the time of arrival to be accommodated so I could pick up my son. I called several times and was met was a friendly voice each time. The technician, Daniel arrived promptly on time and used safety precautions which is extremely important. He was friendly, informative and professional. He told me what he was doing and educated me on my system and what he repaired. I highly reccomend this company and will be using them again as soon as next week!

Daniel the owner showed up himself on time and was super professional. He explained a couple of different options and routes we could take to rectify my situation. He was very thorough in explaining it so that I could understand what he was talking about. He is a very knowledgeable professional, and I would definitely recommend him and his company to my friends and family alike.
