Sean Riley of AirCo was excellent. I had a problem with my heat pump and he spent multiple hours meticulously checking my system to determine the problem. He resolved my issue. I was very pleased with his work and his explanations. I will DEFINITELY continue to use AirCo and highly recommend their services.

Chris is an extremely courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and just all-around pleasant young man. He performed many tests of our entire system to make the correct determination of the problem. He is service oriented and that is almost a lost art today. Hopefully we will see him on any future service calls. Thanks Air Co!!

Samuel Johnson came and repaired my unit as well as explained to me how my system works. It was a pleasure having him come out. I just need to figure out how to request him every single time.

Brian came out to educate us on our options for replacing our main furnace and AC. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the decision process. We ultimately decided to purchase and have not been disappointed. Thank you Brian and Airco.

Beware of this company. The technicians work entirely on commission. A unit could be 12 years old, cooling just fine and have a simple drain clog. Technician there for two hours before a “diagnosis” and that will be to buy a new unit because the unit is old. Unbelievable. The tech is more interested in selling equipment and duct cleaning than clearing drains and getting you cooling. The dispatch is handled by AI and you never speak to a human until it’s time to talk about money. Salesmen with tool bags. Caveat emptor.

Today 11/12/2025 Alex Lopez Garcia was my tech and did a great job, on time, neat and made sure to wear indoor booties, look out for us and updated my online app I use for the heating and cooling - beyond what he needed to do but this was great because I was not updated ... he let me know if any was wrong or what may need to keep an eye on. I felt all was in order when he left and I was sure I was ready for the cold nights. Thank you Alex!!!

James and Samuel did great. They corrected what the previous technicians did not fix and were very professional and knowledgeable. They were done within 2 hours unlike the past experience a few months ago. They provided great customer service and showed pictures on what they fixed and explained it all in detail.

AirCo responded quickly and shared ETAs while I was waiting. Their technician, Cody, was kind, professional and communicated very well. I felt safe with him in my home and he was extremely competent. Thank you for the help on a Sunday!

Review for AirCo and Technician Chris Angon (8/19/25)

Chris Angon arrived on time for my bi-annual AC service and represented AirCo with the highest professionalism. AirCo installed my unit about 18 months ago, and it has run flawlessly since. Chris performed a thorough inspection, double-checking details and ensuring everything was in top condition. He explained the system’s performance clearly, answered questions with patience, and provided recommendations for future accessories in a professional, non-pushy way.

What impressed me most was Chris’s customer-focused approach. He was well-mannered, easy to talk to, and respectful of my home, all while making sure I understood every step of the service. His attention to detail gave me peace of mind that my unit is being properly maintained. He carries himself in a polished, professional way that reflects highly on AirCo.

AirCo has consistently shown they put their customers first, reminding me of bi-annual visits and even offering discounts when scheduling had to be adjusted due to emergencies. I have requested Chris for all future visits because of the trust and confidence he inspires. He is truly an asset to the AirCo team, and I left today’s appointment feeling assured that my AC is in the best of hands. I look forward in seeing Chris again when my winter inspection is due.

Christopher was absolutely awesome. He and Zachary went above and beyond to make it a seamless process. I absolutely think the service and products from Air Co are second to none. SCAM!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!
Absolute scam artists. I initially called them to replace my Trane XL1050 thermostat because Trane doesn’t sell directly to customers and mine is out of warranty. The tech showed up and immediately quoted me $1,000 to replace the thermostat. When I hesitated, he suggested there might be other problems beyond just the thermostat.

I had a feeling he was trying to rip me off, but I wanted to see how he’d pull it off. He started hunting for other issues that didn’t exist on my system. I watched the whole time as he yanked wires, twisted connections, and poked around for 20 minutes—yet he couldn’t find a single thing wrong.

Then, in a move straight out of a bad movie, he asked me to “turn off the thermostat for a second” while he did “a quick test”—a classic setup to create a problem that wasn’t there. I immediately stopped the service because I saw him pull out wire cutters *before* asking me to turn it off.

Avoid this company at all costs. They’ll manufacture issues just to upsell you.

I have worked with Airco for many years and they installed a new unit several years ago. I have found them to be honest, reliable and easy to work with. Highly recommend. Chris (the technician) was professional and knew his business. I highly recommend them!

My review is for technician Brayden Davis. I had an issue on 12/23 with my HVAC. Brayden was dispatched and he did a fantastic job determining what the issue was, explaining it to me, fixing it and did a complete check of my system. I will definitely request Brayden in the future. I am a club member and I have used AirCo for over 10 years now. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an HVAC service partner.
