Reduced to 3 star because they keep changing members ship prices within a month; supposedly free for service call but as soon as they come start diagnosing things without telling there is fee for diagnostics. I thought we pay if they perform actual service; lot of loopholes to charge; not satisfied; signing up for membership was a mistake. Need improvement: Quote/Pricing could be better; very subjective. Additional Charged for “ACCESS IS RESTRICTED DUE TO PLANT LIFE, ROOTS OTHER THAN DIRT” while it was not necessary charge as they was no obstruction ( see picture).

Jason Vasquez and Marcos Garcia were fantastic. Came out on time, diagnosed the issue, scheduled a follow up appointment, and replaced our filters while they were here.

Update:8/19/2025 Had a scheduled visit from 12pm-4pm. They called and told.my husband they THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYONE FOR THIS TIME!. Mind you this is one that the phone dispatches made when we talked to a real person to make a time. I think honestly they need to hire people...you basically are running on a skeleton crew cause you lost your best with the merger right? Honestly if we weren't paying off an AC from you I would go with a better company and we called cause it was under warranty so checking the AC under your contract shouldn't charge someone to come out cause it stopped working and worked again later....I will always continue to update this review just to show how awful your service is. Again its not your AC techs but everyone else in that company that really screws people.

8/18/2025 This company has done it again, we are paying off an AC with them. 24/7 emergency service is an absolute lie. I scheduled an appointment at 8-11:59pm and tonight because it was an available time for their online scheduling. They never showed, we called and they said all the techs have gone home and that no one was available....again 24/7 emergency repair is a lie. They tried to schedule for tomorrow ...from 12pm to 4pm...honestly this is Texas. We are taking it because we need to make sure our AC doesn't shut off and me as an asthmatic and my husband who works outside as a job and our two pets aren't sweltering. The air is cool now because our AC may have reset (because of things saw to do as instructed online turning it off and flipping the breakers) but this was not because of our AC people but they better keep to their time tomorrow. I know its not the techs fault for this but the dispatch and company lies. I just hope this was a glitch in pur AC that they gave us and something easy to fix.
When it was Caverley it was four stars for AC service and turn around and zero for Plumbing... this company really doesn't care anymore.

Tim and Victor provided excellent service and went the extra mile to explain everything to us in detail without making us feel rushed to make a decision on next steps. Thank you for your thorough and quality service while checking our upstairs and downstairs units.

Brandon and Andrew were great. Brandon noticed a gas leak and fixed it. Andrew spent extra time helping me with the warranty on my heat exchanger. Can't thank them enough!

I have patronized this company’s services for many years because they're honest and do not take advantage. Recently, my unit was replaced by JT and Chris. These two gentlemen are knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Also, they were prompt, professional, and courteous.

Jorge P was very courteous and did my annual check for 2024. Even though I am not impressed with the way the company handled a situation in 2024, Jorge did a good job today.

I had a great experience with my tech, Jason! I worked with him across two appointments, and he was fantastic throughout the process. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my system and recognized that it had been an ongoing problem. Instead of applying a quick fix, Jason took the time to implement a long-term solution.

Although he didn’t have the necessary parts during the first visit, he made sure to follow up and got me back on the schedule promptly—talk about excellent customer service! By the second visit, he had everything he needed, upgraded the parts, and got everything running smoothly. Huge thanks to Jason for his patience, diligence, and consistency. Highly recommend!

I moved into my father's house after he passed and the heat and AC did not work. I came from out of state and had NO idea who to call here in Texas!! So... of course I went online and checked companies and their reviews! When I came to Stark Services, one review stood out and caught my eye. Someone reported 5 stars and thanked a Lance & Jose for being super honest. That is what I was looking for! I called immediately and was happy when guess who knocked on my door? THE very same Lance & Jose in the review I had read about! I am happy to say that review was 100% accurate! Lance & Jose were both up front, no bs and friendly. I ended up needing a new system and luckily they have an awesome no-brainer leasing program. I can't recommend them enough! Looking forward to using my new AC and Heating unit this year!!!

Super awesome service! Marcos Garcia and Jason Vasquez came out and resolved the issue we were having in record time. The guys were punctual, professional, and proactive in finding a solution to our problem.

Jason Vasquez came out today. He very quickly determined that there was a clogged leak. He fixed the problem and we’re back to a cool house. We appreciate his professionalism and his easy to understand explanation of the problem.

This was unfortunately a big disappointment and dangerous for our family and home as well.
The crew came out and saw AC disconnect by the compressor unit in off position. Instead of even removing the front and evaluating, they blamed someone turning it off. We know these things trip themselves for a reason. 4 days later and in the house we smelled a burning electrical piece. Sure enough, the AC disconnect burnt. Luckily, we were at home and shut off the breaker or burning could have continued through the walls! Today, instead of just paying for a breaker that Service Experts should have found in danger of burning, we had to pay for the entire AC disconnect, $500 extra! We selected service experts because of their rating, but this is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous.
