Colby was amazing with his service. He showed up in a timely manner and was very informative. Colby was able to detect the false trigger by the unit and was able to resolve our issues fairly quickly with little to no fuss. We would definitely recommend Colby to anyone.

Zak came the same day and was very professional and informative about the issues we had with our AC unit. Even though we fixed our problem without needing to use the services recommended...I still do recommend Comfort Experts(Zak L) for coming out and being patient. Michael and Alonso came out to assess our AC which had stopped cooling in the upstairs for about a week and turns out the "return duct" had some damage of the metal ring that goes around to I guess keep it secure and hold its cylinder shape. It's impossible to know when or how it got damaged whether by the installers or the duct cleaners we had in earlier this year. Although they weren't able to fix the issue, they were able to identify the problem and get me scheduled for their Expert to come out the next day to fully assess. They were professional, seemed knowledgeable and quick to complete the assessment and get me on the schedule.

The HVAC technician (Cody Brooks) did an outstanding job and displayed excellent courtesy throughout the service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in diagnosing and servicing my equipment. Their attention to detail and customer service skills were top-notch. I highly recommend their services.

Mike was awesome. He walked me through everything he was doing. I said i was sorry if i stand around and he said “oh no, you can stay around while i do everything, I don't mind. Please feel free to ask any questions.”

Always a pleasure to work with them. Used them probably a half dozen times over the last 3-4 years, and they always get me taken care of quickly. And just for proof this is a real person I will point out that they missed their planned window of when I was told they would be here on one occasion. But I would recommend them to others!

I contacted Comfort Experts for their $49 A/C tune up special. Justin P arrived on time and explained in detail the scope of the inspection and services provided. Justin was very attentive as he not only listened to my questions but then answered all of them with great detail. Justin performed the inspection and cleaning of our A/C system and provided a very detailed assessment of his findings complete with detailed photos. I couldn’t have been happier with his work ethic and professionalism. If I were a business owner, he would be exactly the type of employee I would hope to hire! Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and a great attitude. Thank you Justin, I have found my new A/C service company moving forward!

I called Hobson Air conditioning for a AC tune up/cleaning service and they sent out Jonathan to do the service, he did an amazing job and he was very knowledgeable about the job and explained everything he did and why. He was very thorough as well. Couldn’t be happier with his service. Thank you.

I have been with Comfort Experts for several years they have wonderful employees.
And everything Today was under warranty!

That was a reasonable price because I probably would have paid more for just the service call alone with another company. Jake was very nice and professional while explaining everything he was doing and why. This is the type of service my wife and I can really appreciate.

Jake replaced our heat pump circuit breaker with the proper one. Yes he had the necessary parts with him! He is very professional and efficient and glad we chose Comfort Experts .

Cooper not only repaired the major issue, he made sure to address anything he could during initial inspection. Gramps (100yrs this year) really needed that snake treatment for his toilet, and I am so happy to have a free-flowing home again!!

Danny with Comfort Experts out of the Kennydale office was fantastic. He checked everything and replaced a part that was old and not working properly. I’ve been satisfied for years. I pay my monthly fee and have done so for years . It has paid for itself many times over.

We have used Comfort Experts HVAC service for many years now. I had no idea about offering electrical. I called, made the appointment but had to reschedule due to timing. Jake came by first thing the next morning and checked the issue we were having. No repairs were made. He assured me if the problem kept happening he would come out and fix the issue we were having. Great customer service and very thorough.

Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. I had him order the part and he came out this afternoon and installed it for me. He was again very cordial and professional.

I was told by Comfort Experts to expect my installers between 8:30 and 9:00. I got an email at 9:00 telling me Daniel C was on the way. At 10 he showed up with an assistant. I showed him where the unit was and he asked about the breakers. I showed him the breakers and he argued with me about which ones were correct. I was right. He spent the day listening to music and singing which I was fine with. Finally, about 5:30 he said he was going to test the AC system. It was 60 degrees outside. After 30 minutes I pointed out the Honeywell T4 thermostat was 4 degrees higher than the 64 degrees on my thermometer and asked him to adjust the display temperature and showed him the installation manual. He said it couldn't be changed. I said I would call his office and see if anyone else there knew how to change it. Then it got ugly. I was told Alex, the service mgr, would call me back. After 15 minutes I called again and Laura said there was nothing she could do, they had to let the AC cooling system run for an hour to check it out. I asked again for a manager to get the installers to wrap it up and by then it had been an hour my house was at 64 degrees. After a few more minutes, Daniel C came back in the house and apparently was on the phone with his service mgr who was telling him how to adjust the thermostat. He was arguing with him as well. At this point, I just told him since we were pushing 11 hours I had been tied up with this installation, to do what he needed to do and finish up. So he started arguing with me again saying I had a problem with him as soon as he got there. After more back and forth in more and more heated tones, he finally told his assistant to just "shut it off". He left the front door open, the back gate open, the attic stairs down, the light on and blocks he screwed into the attic stairs which prevent me from closing them. NEVER, NEVER, USE THIS COMPANY FOR AN AC INSTALL!!

Cooper was amazing! He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He took great care to keep everything clean as he worked. He fixed my garbage disposal and gave me information for my future needs. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend.

At first I only called Comfort Experts to get my heat pump serviced and the price was right.

Then Cody showed up and he was so professional in how he serviced our unit. The heat pump looks better than ever and Cody pointed out how we could get even better muse out of our unit.

If we decide to get maintenance contract I want Cody to service the heat pump. Thank you so much all of the useful information.
