Colby and Edwin did a nice job of servicing the units at our house and went through the maintenance issues methodically. Colby took good pictures and showed all the items that need to be addressed. I was pleased with their professionalism and efficiency.

The technicians were very polite and respectful, however, I was not given options on repairs, only quoted an upsell option that was way too expensive.

Cody was great! Very thorough and knowledgeable. He not only explained what he found, but let me know what to do if it happens again. He was very friendly and professional.

Very happy with Mike from Comfort Experts! We really like the way our AC works now. Thank you Mike! Phone staff is great too!

Jerred Gomez and Cooper did an excellent job servicing my AC unit this week. They thoroughly asked questions to diagnose the issue I was having and did not rush the process. Their service was top notch, even went above and beyond to clean my units coils with my hose free of charge. Thank you for the professional and top notch service!

** 9/19/2025: Outstanding Mini Split install performed by Alex D. and Tyler from Hobson AC/Comfort Experts Inc. on this date. My wife and I are in the process of converting an old shed into a pool house and we really want it to have heat and air and then all of a sudden, Hobson/Comfort experts made it happen. Our first surprise was a phone call from Hobsons team informing us that we had won the raffle for the mini-split unit (Hobson had a booth at the Parker County Sheriff’s Posse Rodeo grounds)! Lo and behold, Alex and Tyler brought us the mini-split unit and worked very hard to make sure it could be placed exactly where and how we wanted it. They were very patient with us considering the pool house is currently under construction making the install more difficult than normal. Listen folks, I have no connection to Hobson Heating and Air and I’m not providing a five-star review because I won a mini-split unit from them but I am providing a five-star review because every technician they’ve sent out to my house has been outstanding and gone above and beyond our expectations. Of note: if you see Hobson/Comfort Expert booth setup somewhere, don’t pass it up because this company follows through! I use Hobson/Comfort Experts for everything now and I’ll never look elsewhere. Thank you, Alex & Tyler, for a great install and thank you Hobson/Comfort Experts Inc. for being there for all our plumbing, electrical & HVAC needs!

**Update for 9/9/2025: Tyler L. from Hobson AC/Comfort Experts came out to do my homes yearly electrical inspection and just as expected, he was very professional and pleasant to work with. He took the time to go over everything with me and answered several questions I had regarding my homes electrical panel. I feel much better knowing everything is in good safe working order and look forward to my next yearly inspection from this five star company!

**New Update for 7/15/2025: Daniel from Hobson/Comfort experts came out and was very professional. I wanted a quote and better understanding of "whole home water filtrations systems" and he was able to answer all my questions. Just another five star service from Hobson and their team. Continue to recommend!

**Update for 4/10/2025: Mike R. (from Hobson Air Conditioning/Comfort Experts) serviced my homes air conditioner yesterday and I am extremely impressed and very happy with the way he took the time to do a tune-up and provide me with information regarding my AC’s health. My condenser sits under a large tree and collects lots of debris but Mike went above and beyond and took the time to make sure it was neatly cleaned out before he was all done. With so many different companies to choose from out there, it’s professional people like Mike that make the difference and will keep me going back to Hobson for all my HVAC needs!

Previous (Initial) Review: Comfort experts have been great in scheduling and keeping us informed about our upcoming scheduled maintenance for plumbing, electrical and AC work. Very impressed with Derek's professionalism and expertise when it comes to plumbing! Comfort experts needs to keep this guy, get more like him, and give him a raise! Let me start off by expressing my complete gratitude to Comfort Experts and specifically Adam B. He went above and beyond in helping us with our plumbing and installation needs. He walked us through everything and made sure to look out for us as customers. He was a joy to talk to and he made the process as seamless as possible. I would highly recommend utilizing this company again.

Colby Finch was a pleasure to work with. Very detailed and thorough in his maintenance of our system. Definitely felt like I could trust him and the company and I am someone that’s SUPER hard to please. With that being said, don’t let me down!! You have a high bar set.

I had the best experience with comfort experts they sent Nathanial he was extremely knowledgeable professional and he had good recommendations and he got my dryer up and running. Good folks.

Awesome service! Cooper did a super job! Our garbage disposal is running well and he checked our upstairs toilet and provided information on what to do with the 25 year old potty! He said he would get us estimate to replace it and we need an ADA compliant system. He said he could install that so we will be getting back with him and y'all real soon!

I recently had the pleasure of using Comfort Expert for air conditioning service, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The technician Cody had quite a bit of years of experience in HVAC and was telling me He was a three generation air condition Technician. Which gave me a lot of comfort, knowing I had Someone working on my house that knew what he was doing.They were incredibly fast in responding to my needs, demonstrating a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. The team was not only efficient but also maintained a clean work environment, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, their polite demeanor made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. I highly recommend Comfort Expert to anyone in need of HVAC services. They truly deserve a five-star rating for their outstanding service!

Nathaniel B. Was my electrical technician today to repair a plug for my garage door. He repaired and added another for us and made sure the garage door worked. Also a plug for my freezer. Very nice and polite, I will ask for him next time.
I have been doing business with Comfort Experts for several years and they have always been great.

We had an AC tune-up on 7/15/25. We did like the quality of work and friendliness of the technician. The technician recommended cleaning the Blower, replacing the Dual Run Capacitor, and adding a Compressor Saver. All three items listed above are beneficial to the unit and helping extending its life. We were given an estimate and agreed to all three items. After receiving our invoice, I did some research into the cost of the work we had done. We were charged a FLAT rate of $402.40 for each item. Thats $402.40 times 3 and only if you sign up to be a member at $20.00 a month (otherwise it would have been $500.00 for each item). My research found much lower prices and at different rates for each item. NOT A FLAT RATE! Overall we are feeling like we got RIPPED OFF! Because even though we may have saved some money by signing up to be a member, in the long run we will end up spending the same amount had we not joined. We hadn't had a technician come out in many years so we were not aware of prices. We should have done our research before having anyone come out and saying yes to the three items.

We can all agree that having your air conditioner suddenly stop working in the middle of the night is not good. Especially if it’s August in Texas.

But help was just a text away, as I reached out to Comfort Experts and they immediately dispatched Jerred to assist — even in spite of the late hour.

Jerred tested for and diagnosed the issue quickly, problem-solved it efficiently, and explained each development every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable, and had my system running again before midnight — so I was able to catch a few hours of blissfully air-conditioned sleep.

I’m so incredibly glad that I found Comfort Experts — they are on my speed dial in case of emergency, with great customer service!

Update, Daniel Andrade came out looked at a fan motor for me a week and was very nice. Colby came out today to insulate some drain lines. All your technicians are phenomenal.

Cooper And Jeff came to my house and did an excellent job fixing all my problems !!! Definitely will call again if I need any repairs they were very good at finding things that I didn’t even know were broken and did a great job fixing them… Thank you so much

I also wanted to mention colby for being amazing , he stayed for about 3 hours to figure out the problem to find out he needed a plumber . I really appreciated him for being here , thank you all again!

I received a Promo for an A/C tune up. Kellen M. did an outstanding job! He was professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through every detail of my system and explained all the preventive measures I can take to extend its life. Top-notch service—highly recommend!

Colby came out and inspected my a/c unit. He was so polite, knowledgeable, and informative. He offered options for repairs and was not pushy.
Alex and another gentleman spent the day installing a furnace and outside unit and they were also respectful, polite, and hardworking.

I’m skeptical when it comes to auto mechanics, car salesmen, and AC companies for the obvious reasons. However, after my first experience with Comfort Experts/Hobson and Michael (my tech), I’ll do business with them again. Michael was very thorough and took time to explain the issues he noticed during my AC tuneup. I believe Michael gave me an honest evaluation and repair options, and was not just pushing a sale. The cost to repair a few things was reasonable. With that said, I’m still skeptical about auto mechanics and car salesmen.
