They charged me $49 to come out. I have one toilet compression fitting that I wanted fixed. I told him the water wasn’t off but he opened the live valve and sprayed water on the wall I had already dried out anyway. Then I showed him a kitchen sink faucet to put new seals in. Stuff I could do myself if my back was healthy. The first thing he asked me was how many air conditioners I have, and proceeded to try to sell me on an annual service contract. Then he quoted me $400 for the work, which might take 1-1/2 hours tops. He said it was flat rate pricing; I call it robbery. I sent him on his way. I hope all companies don’t operate this way. I was looking for plumber, ‘a guy’ that I could trust and call for a fair price. I hope that you’re not their next unsuspecting target.

Owned replied to my review and seemed concerned about taking care of me; told me to get ahold of customer service. I asked for my money back, in 2 different emails, and they ghosted me. This is the same customer service department that won’t give you any idea of the cost up front; they only say that if it’s more than $100 they will credit you the $49. Only the plumber that comes out can give you the inflated price.

Jarred & Cooper were beyond helpful. After they assessed what needed to be done, Jarred explained the solution so that I felt confident going forward with the project. After completion, they both explained what was done to complete the job. I can easily recommend them both; and, without a doubt recommend the company. Thank you again guys. You were exceptional

I have a great experience with Danny B. Conductas very profesional , service oriented with elaborares details backed with pictures. Help me to understand prioritized work over addition sl work needed. I would recomendó Danny for future work with this company.

I've been without my solar panels for 2 yrs. No electrician in Denton will touch my 2nd dead inverter because they didn't install my system. The company that did, went out of business. When I did call, Jake came over to check my system and get the information to order a new inverter 2/17/26. On 2/18 it arrived. I scheduled for 2/26 to accommodate my schedule. Jake arrived this morning and got everything connected and made sure I was up and ready to go with Solar Edge before he left. Jake is a terrific person!

Comfort Experts is my go to air-conditioning People. They provide maintenance service on my system twice a year. Their service technicians have been excellent.
They are experienced professional, and very knowledgeable and appear to be well trained
They perform minimal and necessary improvements to my system in order to extend its life. I'm going on 15 years with the current system and anticipate what will last another 10 years as long as they keep it properly maintained.
They are very careful with the cost and keep the expenses to a minimum Which I greatly appreciate

Not only did he do an excellent job analyzing a few minor issues that could be easily fixed to extend a life of my unit. He was training a new technician Who eventually will become as proficient as he is.

Good service.

Not a good company!!! Avoid at all costs! It's June 15th 2019 and our A/C went out. My wife is 6 months pregnant and I really need it fixed so she's not in the heat, so I called and talked to Scott at 4:30 pm. He told me he had a guy that could come out as soon as he was done with his current job.

At 6:42 pm the tech called and was rambling incoherently but I got out of him that he was in Saginaw and would be here in 30 minutes. 1 1/2 hours later he wasn't here so I called back. There employees just answer the phone with "hello" or "hi" so you really don't know who you're talking to.

I asked the technician if he was coming out and he said he think he had the wrong address and asked for my address again. I gave him my address and asked when he could be here. He told me 15-30 minutes. So I asked "well what happened to earlier 1 1/2 hours ago when you told me 30-40 minutes?" The technician stated it hadn't been THAT long so I read my call log, 6:42, and it's now 8:10 pm. The tech then rambled on some more asking what I expected and a bunch of other non-coherent banter.

We called the main line back and when I told Scott what happened he got mad and hung up on me.

Very unprofessional company!

Do Not Use This Contractor!!!
Scott replaced a condenser fan motor three months ago and it failed again. Called to have someone come out and they were 10 hours late. Tech looked at the motor and said it was "bad". I obtained a new motor but no one ever showed up to install it. No return of my calls or text messages.
Contacted Azle Air and they replaced the motor the same day. Reason for motor failure? Scott failed to remove the rubber drain plug on the motor and it shorted out due to recent rain.
I am now it the cost of a new motor and install.
Do Not Use This Company For Your HVAC Needs!!!!!!

I would 100% recommend Juan and his team to anyone looking for advice on their current and future HVAC needs. We recently moved into our new home and knew that we either needed a check up on our HVAC system or a whole new setup entirely. Juan came out to do a consultation and a tune up but immediately recognized safety issues with the current unit that the previous owner tried to "fix" themselves. He was very honest up front and took the time to explain to me in great detail the issues with the current units, setup that could be beyond repair, etc etc and how we should move forward. I instantly new that they were the right HVAC company for us and that we could trust them with providing us with great service and honesty. I went ahead and did a whole new system with them for peace of mind living in a new house which is great this time of year with rebates from the companies they use. Once we booked, they came out that week and removed our old systems and installed the new units. It only took a whole day and the three employees who came were very professional and walked us through the unit and updates after everything was done. We will continue to use them for any HVAC system maintenance, repairs and products. Do not look any further, these are your guys!

Nick was always on time, professional and honest. He had two other employees with him on the job who were respectful of our home and our time. Nick was meticulous in overseeing every part of the process, you just don't see that too much in owners of companies and so it was appreciated.

Our A/C is working great and since we like it at 68 degrees in our home its important to have someone like Nick on your side.

I highly recommend Nick and NSG if you want things done right the first time.

Called NSG up for a quote and they came out the same day. Would have started installation the day after except for rain. They walked me through several options with no pressure applied. The installation was done quickly and well and new systems work great! Friendly crew and kept me updated throughout the process. Definitely recommend!

Juan came out on the service call and I already had another company out to take a look at my issue. He waited politely until they were finished and once they had left we talked (mask on which I appreciated) about why I called NSG Air out.
He informed me every step of the diagnostics, in fact I sat right there with him as he did so. He was kind courteous and very knowledgeable. He gave me all the options as to what I could do to correct the issue. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. We scheduled a crew to come out the next day at 730am to install a new unit. The crew was on time and all in masks. They let me know what they would be doing and kept me informed. After they installed the unit they went over everything, help me install the app and made certain I understood how to use my new thermostat. As the job was wrapping up Juan came back to ask if I had any further questions.
I could go on and on, but I am just going to say, I highly recommend NSG Air.

I am forever grateful for following the reviews advice. This company answered my call quickly, set up and time and was prompt. Nick is awesome. He thoroughly explained all the issues, showed me cost of things without any secrets, went step by step on all the equipment of the ac unit and where things were going wrong. He is truly honest, does not try and just get a job done for money. We were able to pick the best option for me and also have a great finance option. Nick knowing I would be out of AC for a few days went out of his way to go to home depot and set up a portable ac unit for me so I will stay cool and comfortable until my new AC unit arrives. This company goes above and beyond and will truly treat you like family. Hands down best ac service I have received and will be only way I go from now on. Thank you so much!!!

A great company that truely cares about customer satisfaction and quality. Nick came out to our house and presented us with several options, explained things in detail and answered all questions. Prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received. There was a small snag in the installation process but him and his team put us as a top priority and got it resolved in less than 24 hours. The new unit looks great and after going over the installation in the attic I can confirm no corners were cut. I would recommend definitely giving this company a try.

I've been very please with NSG Heating and Air the last couple of years. I use them for twice a year servicing of my A/C - Heating unit. I also used them to clean out all of my air ducts in my home. Service people are always SOOO nice and polite. Would highly recommend them !

My original HVAC system was a 2004 system and was worn out. I just dropped by NSG office on Boat Club rd. just to see if some one was there for some type of counseling or maybe a ball park price for a new heat pump system. Long story short Nick set me up with a 5 ton heat pump ( he even researched and communicated with me before a decision was made. ) Anyway after some fairly complicated duct work and zoning added to all this my new system will now only heat and cool where i need it most. I have to say it was a pleasure working with Nick and all his crew, as all of them were very polite and courteous. And by the way their office does all the warranty paper work with the manufacture of the HVAC system so you don't have to. I strongly recommend this company.

We were impressed with Nick’s professionalism and knowledge. They also have financing options. We hadn’t had heat for 7 days waiting for our home warranty repair. We called NSG, Nick came out same day, gave us options and estimates that night and had his crew out the next day at 9am installing new unit.

His crew was on time and called if they were going to be later than said time. They worked late the first day to get us some heat and came back the next day to finish the job. Super nice guys and left our place cleaner than what it was. Polite and well kept appearance wise. Which in this type of business, strangers in your home, i feel is important for professionalism sake. I didn’t feel like I had to be at the house to guard my best silverware. Lol.

On top of that, Nick called to say he is coming out on Monday to check the work and make sure everything is running smooth. We could have had our home warranty send someone but we decided to find our own that was more local. It’s more convenient in case there are problems and they have more to lose if they have bad service since their business is local. We will be long term customers and will definitely recommend them.

Nick showed up when he said he would. He made sure that I understood what he was doing and quoted me cost for his services before he started anything. He was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Nick and his company.

Rarely do I post reviews about companies I've used. In this case, however, I feel I must. Our AC unit went out over the weekend. After finding NSG on Google Maps, I gave them a call and my only regret is I didn't call them years ago! They were on time, transparent, honest, and professional. Juan walked us through many options and we decided to buy a new unit altogether. We couldn't be happier (or cooler)! The install crew worked hard and they were all very personable and kind. Nick (the owner of NSG) came by after the install to ensure everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend NSG for all your AC needs!

Nick and his team, Juan but especially Xavier, provided OUTSTANDING service!! Our AC unit wasn’t working after many service calls. Nick the owner dropped everything as temps were in the mid 90s. His expert team (Xavier and Juan) diagnosed and fixed the problem as Nick ran interference with the tech support folks at the manufacturer. NSG Heating and Air persisted until the issue was resolved, keeping us informed each step of the way. Their expertise was matched only by their exceptional customer service. Their response time and return calls made us feel like we were their only customers but we’ve learned over the past 4 years in our relationship w them that they are always this way and provide this level of service to all their customers! We won’t go anywhere else for our AC/Heating needs!!
