Nick, Juan, and the NSG team were the best! They responded quickly and thoroughly explained my repair needs. They were super friendly and extremely professional. All team members wore masks and even wore booties when they found out I had my carpet cleaned the same day. If I ever need service again, I'll be sure to call them again.

Company parks all their personal and company vehicles all over the neighborhood streets- on both sides where only one car can squeeze through. Inconsiderate.

ETA since they think they’re cute and wanna call me Karin. How about rent a place to park your vehicles like every other service company. It’s inconsiderate to park 10ish vehicles in the neighborhood daily.. Why be a nuisance to your neighbors and neighborhood. And btw I have used this company and I used to recommend them but now I don’t.

After waiting most of the day for another company to come out I was referred to NSG by my Mom group (whom never lets me down). 48 hours later I had a new furnace & a/c fully installed. Nick was thorough, responded quickly and helped with financing options as well. The gents that we're in my home for most of the installation were polite & when they we're done they took their time explaining everything they had done & went over regular maintenance instructions. Over all my family is very please with our NSG experience, would highly recommend.

My one unit went down and I called numerous companies to come out and let me know what I was looking at NSG being the last on a word of mouth referral. (Im so glad that I called them). Nick the owner came to check out the system himself and was able to not only give me fair pricing , but diagnose the real issue with my system and home airflow within my duct work. Yes, some people might think this is up-selling or fluff , but I actually got to see it first hand. Nick and his amazing crew installed my system without any duct work being done on day one. We let it run for a couple of days and it definitely improved. The NSG crew came back to then finish the ductwork and returns and I must say within 1hr it felt amazing upstairs, and by nighttime we had to turn the temperature up a couple degrees because it was so cold upstairs.( it was the hottest day of the summer so far)

The crew they have are prompt, curteous and very respectful. They keep the homeowner in mind while continuing to work and navigate steps upon steps, carpets and tight spaces. I will never call another company and will be using them from now on!

NSG was awesome. Came by same day and was able to replace our A/C by the next day. Juan was really knowledgeable and super helpful through the whole experience. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Have been using NSG for the past 4 years. Their service team is spectacular.....!! Service calls are quick and efficient. Have the annual maintenance plan - tech's only replace parts as needed, but always advise "what we need to keep an eye on" Highly recommend

Every person I dealt with from NSG was prompt, responsive, courteous, and professional. From the owner to the installer they all had the type of customer service you would want in a business. Prices were fair, very comparable, and even better than most competitors. I would highly recommend NSG for all of your heating and A/C needs.

I was not happy with how much he initially charged me for adding 1# of Freon to my system. However, after talking to him about it, he made a generous adjustment to my bill, so I am happy now about that too.

Hands down the only company I trust. Customer service is super prompt, professional and the team is very quick. When the temps are over 100 degrees having a speedy response is super appreciate.

When I faced a last-minute hvac issue, their team responded quickly and efficiently, resolving the problem in no time. Their service was top-notch—professional, courteous, and incredibly skilled. Not only did they handle everything with impressive speed, but their pricing was also very reasonable. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure i got my house cooling as quickly as possible. I ended up needed a new HVAC and they helped me with the financing of that as well. I highly recommend NSG for anyone in need of reliable and excellent heating and cooling services!

Nick came out to my house within hours of calling to fix my air conditioning unit. He discovered the issue immediately and had it fixed up in about half an hour. His rates are very competitive and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional! He even took the time to clean the coils on both of my units, just because! NSG Heating and Air Specialists will be my only call for A/C and Heater repairs from now on.

These guys are responsive, professional, and helpful! It's so easy to get on their maintenance plan, and not have to worry about the in's and out's of keeping your system working, they track, follow-up, and make it so easy to maintain. Plus, we've had to replace a major component, and they were able to see what was in warranty and what was not, making it so easy not to have to pay for things that were still in warranty. Great company!

I definitely recommend this company if you have any issues with your ac unit. I called them early morning around 4am. No one answered, but I received a call back 2 hours later. The lady was very nice, she listened to my issue and scheduled me for an appointment between 11-1. I was happy with that. She called back about an hour later and said there was a cancellation and asked if the tech could come earlier around 8am. I was very happy. Juan Vargas came promptly on time, he assessed the issue and started working right away to fix it. He even took the time to go back to the warehouse to get a part that better fit my unit. He even offered me a great discount when he was done! Great service and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Nick and his crew were awesome!! Nick came out the same morning I called about my air conditioning going out. He was very informative with the process. His crew was out here the very next day installing a new unit and up in the attic doing some duct work. My family is very happy with the out come.
