George Puebla is a professional and patient. I has an emergency and he was long enough to wait for me. He performed his job duties, cleaned up after himself and kept me informed of everything he was doing.

We’ve been working with Service Experts for 2-3 years now. They’ve been great every time. Most recently, we had Jason Vasquez and Marcos Garcia come out to help us with our A/C. They found the problem almost immediately and were able to resolve our issue quickly.

Kyle and Jamie did an excellent job of explaining information about my system and maintenance options to consider. They were patient and kind with my asking questions as I learn.

Stark SAVED the day!!!! I had hired another plumbing company to do some work and they started the job, the next day they no showed. Over 20 phone calls placed and they never returned my call. I called Stark and a very nice young man named Brandon Hines came out and completed the necessary work so the other contractors could begin their work, Brandon was Very friendly and kind and most importantly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would like to commend Brandon Hines for being an outstanding representative for Stark.

The person who unloaded my truck was extremely slow. While my truck was being unloaded, because of him, three other trucks were already unloaded and had left.

Jason and Victor are wonderful. They came out within 1 hour of our AC malfunctioning and were very thorough in their search for the issue. They were extremely respectful, kind, and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone!

Jason Vasquez came Christmas Eve Day to replace a thermostat for the heating and cooling system that had gone out in our home.It was a pleasure working with him as he was very courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional.

Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Conrado diagnosed my problem and clearly explained my options, including both repairs or just replace the system. Due to the age of my system and coat to repair, I decided to just replace. Jerry and Jason did my install. They arrived on time, wore booties/masks the entire time, etc. They started at 8a and were done by 3p. Before they left they walked me through the entire system, clearly explaining what everything was, how it worked together, and what I should be watching for. Overall a really pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Jessie was great. On time, professional, took care of regular maintenance and checked on some extra concerns I had. He was great about explaining some issues and what are options were. He was quite friendly and great to work with.

Jason Vasquez arrived on time was personable and professional. He did a quick maintenance check of our gas furnace, pronounced it working as designed. Due to the 25 year + age of our system he did not recommend any additional services and prepared us for the difficulties getting parts for a system as old as ours. I would recommend! This service is part of our annual service plan.

My units were purchased through Crawford electric in 2017 which apparently went to a merge with another company doing HVAC. I'm very pleased with the service I just had on my system which is required maintenance once a year and the two individuals that showed up, Victor and Tim, were very polite and very knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with them servicing my units and I would recommend Service Experts to anyone given the same level of care that these two provided. Peace of mind is a good thing to have these days.

Jason Vasquez and Jose Rebollar were the techs that came out to perform our service appointment. Both were very respectful and did a good job of explaining what they were doing and why. We have had a good overall experience with Service Experts

Jorge Puebla not only arrived on time, but he was early! Always nice to not have to wait for a technician. A part on the furnace was being upgraded and he worked diligently until it was completely installed. Very pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend.

Service Experts Fort Worth was excellent. They communicated appointment time, then sent a notification that the tech was in route, so that we didn't waste our day waiting around.

Kellen is a true professional without question. He goes above and beyond ensuring good communication is established about work required, how to operate new technology, and completed work. He also made sure I got the best price on new component as possible with military discount. I will request him for all future work with Hobbs.
