Our Technician Sean R. came late tonight to fix our AC issue (AC wouldn'tblow any cool air). He was extremely polite, honest/upfront and had great communication with detailed explanations. 100% recommend him.

Jose Vega just installed our new system. We are so thankful and it's cooling down and sooooo unbelievably quiet. I can't even believe the difference it noise. So pleased so far. I will be excited to get our first bill (sort of) hahaha Would recommend AirCo.

Christopher Wimett and Zachary McNatt just did a duct cleaning in my house. They did a fantastic job and left the place in better shape then when they came.

I contacted AirCo when I read other reviews. From the time I initially called to the time Chris arrived at my residence, it was less than an hour. Chris was extremely polite and professional. His communication during the entire process was great! Everything was completed and working in a timely manner. The overall experience with AirCo was great and their communication and updates were a welcomed addition to their professionalism.

Sean was a great tech. From entrance to exit, he was very courteous and personable. He came on time and was very thorough with diagnostics. I never felt I was talked down to with technical jargon. He explained everything in a clear simple manner and pointed out deficiencies in our HVAC system and gave recommendations to increase the reliability of our unit. I didn't feel pressured with any services. Overall, this was a very positive experience.

Update: I had AirCo come out to install an extra air return vent and thermostat based upon the initial recommendations. Erick and Rocky installed the vent and ducting with minimal noise and mess. When cutting through drywall, they made sure to have a box directly beneath the are they were cutting to catch dust. Any missed dust they cleaned and vacuumed. My wife was very impressed with their attention to this type of detail.

Sean installed the thermostat and along with Evan, tuned the A/C system, cleaned the outside unit, and made sure all numbers were in line with an efficient system. Everything about their work is very professional. Each one of their team members are very courteous, taking the time to explain in simple terms the improvements that were made and how they will increase efficiency and reliability. I have no issues recommending AirCo.

Micaiah came out to perform my six month maintenance check on my air conditioning system. He was very professional and took time to explain the pictures that he took of the system and any potential problems that might arise in the future. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this young man.

I called AirCo to look at my AC unit because water was coming out the pipe outside my house from the pan under the unit. There was probably a blockage but I couldn’t get it to unplug. The repair guy came over 5 minutes later he said I need to call a plumber to unblock the pipe. I eventually paid him for doing nothing. I called another AC repair company and they said the pipe just needs to be cleared. The second company came out and cleared the pipe. I called AirCo to discuss their inept repair guy and they said well he wasn’t sure what to do. I specifically told them what was wrong and all they did was show up and agree but did nothing. I tried to get them to do a maintenance call later in the year so I get something for my money. They took my money and said too bad. DO NOT USE AIRCO!

AirCo has always been great for us!! Every time we call, they have a tech there the same day. The communication from the office and from the techs is better than any other company I have dealt with. I highly recommend using AirCo!!

Samuel did a great job and was very patient with my impatient pets! He was very helpful and talked me through the best options to care for our units to make sure we are up and running for any of this Texas weather! Highly recommend!!!

Brayden was quick and professional..explaining everything to the fullest...always asked if I had any questions...was friendly and had a enthusiasm for his work...you couldn't ask for anyone better...but AirCo is consistent...

My overall service experience from AirCo was excellent. They were able to get someone out to look at my HVAC issue pretty quickly. My service technician was very professional, knowledgeable and communicated very well about my issue and the steps he would take.

Sean did an excellent job explaining and fixing the issue. Top tier service. I highly recommend Sean as one of the best. I will be requesting Sean from here on out!!

This is the second time we have used AirCo and as always, they don’t disappoint. Today we had Micaiah Lily as our tech and he was nothing short of amazing! Showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and had us up and running in no time. Crazy to think we would need to repair our ac during the winter, but he had us cooled down before we knew it.

Mr. James L. did an excellent job repairing our heating unit. He replaced the gas valve, and carefully checked the entire system to ensure everything was working safely and efficiently. The work was professional, timely, and clearly explained. We are very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend him to others.

Chris and Zach came out to clean our air conditioning ducts. They were extremely thorough. They protected the areas under the vents, cleaned all the vent covers, vacuumed the floor if anything fell outside their drop cloths and even let me climb the ladder to look inside our filthy ducts. I appreciated the before and after pictures of our dirtiest ducts.

Micaiah Lilly was professional and courteous. He came in and immediately found the problem and let me know what it was. He serviced my hvac unit and did it in a timely manner. I appreciate Airco sending out a technician on a weekend and being treated with excellent customer service care.

AirCo is a great company with great people. I have had to call on them twice in the past 10 days. The first time was on a Sunday afternoon and then again yesterday. It was a Saturday and we were in the middle of a nasty winter storm, and yet I was easy to contact them and receive service the same day. My first tech (Samuel Johnson) did a great job identifying the issue and providing the solution. Although my system is less than 2 years old the original installation wasn't done correctly. It was missing a circuit for one of the breakers. Thus the reason for 2 service calls. After I had the electrician install the circuit Richard Mercado came out during an ice storm to complete the trouble shooting. Ricardo was able to set up emergency heat that will get us through the storm until they can get and install the faulty part.

He did awesome job. I will recommend AirCo for all. Do not take American Home shield coverage. AHS guy will misguide you and will charge $125 for their visit and will give you wrong diagnostic that AHS will not cover. And then AHS will not cover your system. But AirCo always with you and will fully diagnose the system and will support. I will recommend AirCo. Awesome Job. Thanks.

This was my second experience with AirCo and the technician Micaiah. I actually requested Micaiah due to my last service call during the summer for an AC repair that he did. The office promptly scheduled me for next day service for my furnace. They kept me informed of arrival time of the technician and he was there as promised. Micaiah was professional, courteous and friendly just like the previous service call. He diagnosed the problem and promptly repaired my furnace by installing a new part. Originally, I thought I was going to have to wait for the part because I have an older unit, but the technician called the parts/service dept and discovered a substitute part would solve the problem that was already on his truck. I appreciated him checking to see if something else would work before just leaving and going to his next service call and leaving me without heat on a cold day. I would have understood having to wait due to the fact I have an older unit, but he took it upon himself to verify which allowed me to get my repair immediately.

AirCo and Josh Durand really make my life easier. I am a member of their club so I get maintenance every six months. They are punctual and very knowledgeable about my system. Today they upgraded my fan in the air conditioning unit and did maintenance. In by 815 out by 10 so I have the rest of my day. I recommend them highly.
