Three Kings is my go to for my HVAC issues. Three Kings has helped me with the repair of the leaking of one of the ceiling vents. After contacting several HVAC contractors and none of them was able to correctly diagnosed the problem, Three Kings was able to quickly figured out the issue and fixed it with very reasonable pricing. Three King was also able to repair my Lennox Communicating System, which typically required a Lennox specialist who charges an exorbitant amount of money. Three Kings has been accessible, responsive and timely in addressing my HVAC issues and that is the reason why they are my go to for all of my HVAC needs.

Great service, fabulous pricing. Work was done when we were told. I highly recommend them. They also cleaned up after themselves. Our new system is incredibly quiet and efficient.

Recently our AC stopped cooling on a Friday evening. They came out the next morning (Saturday) and serviced our unit. We felt like the price was fair, especially being the next day and on the weekend.

AC went out overnight on hottest day of the year so far, called them 8am on Saturday morning. Martin was here within and hour and diagnosed and fixed the issue and we had ice cold AC shortly after. Did not charge me an extra fee for weekend call which was appreciated. Do no hesitate to use 3 Kings AC

3 Kings did a superb job with my A/C. They cleaned out clogged drains, replaced a rusting drip pan, and replaced both inside and outside units in less than a day. From start to finish, I appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. Fantastic!

Our AC went out, I called an AC Co we have used in the past, they came out quickly, gave us a price and sched date. I googled what is the average cost for an AC, turns out the Co was charging us over $3000! I googled search & found 3 Kings, they came out quickly, gave us the price ($3000 less than other AC co) and installed our NEW unit w/i in a few hours!

My 22-month-old AC was out the entire month of July 2023, the hottest month in recorded history. I am 62, have two older small pups, and on SSD for a bone/blood disorder. I had been dealing with Blue Star AC until Dallas Plumbing/Air Pros USA bought them. This is the company I paid to install my Goodman AC. They kept giving me excuse after excuse as to why they could not repair my AC. So I randomly found another AC company - 1st Choice Air Solutions. They were even worse! My contact at that company wouldn't return my calls and when he did call would block his phone number so that I could not call him directly. They even overcharged me, and I am still waiting on the refund. At least the second company did offer a portable AC. But then they wanted to charge me for using it after the fact.

It was, on average 97 degrees in my house, so I had to do something even though I was becoming a little delirious from the heat. I should have gone on Yelp for the second AC company, but from just a gut feeling, I chose 3 KINGS AC.

3 KINGS came out the same day I called them, 7/28. Said they could match my original price of installing the compressor. Installed a window unit AC to get me through the weekend. Monday, they were here with a brand new AC from Goodman!! Installed it in about an hour...just incredible!!! Why couldn't the other two AC companies have done this?

I had at least 7 quotes for a complete new HVAC installation for my home and 3 Kings A/C provided the most competitive quote of them all! They were prompt and professional at every level. I could not be more satisfied with the work they performed. I also had new duct work installed and everything looks great. I absolutely recommend Martin and the crew of 3 Kings.

Between my old house and new house, I've had more than my fair share of HVAC issues in the last few years and each time 3 Kings has come through with really great, affordable solutions. The old house needed a complete replacement and when we were done we were sad we hadn't called them years before, the new system ran so efficiently, and the house had never been more comfortable.

In our new house, we had two very old systems with pretty poor duct arrangements. 3 Kings was able to install some dampers that drastically improved the airflow of the house and now we can achieve the same temperature everywhere at last. Then our upstairs unit failed, and they came up with a plan to help us upgrade what was necessary without pushing us over budget on anything we didn't need. Going to keep coming back for their regular tune-up services to keep our new equipment going strong!

Friendly, honest and informative customer service. Martin was prompt and so kind. He showed me everything about my HVAC system and explained it in a way that I could understand. The prices with this company are more than fair and they are extremely professional. Use this small business for your HVAC needs.

Called for a quote, let him know another tech had come through and stated it was the dryer can leading from the condenser that was causing difficulties for R-410a to get to air handler and cool the house, needed to replace the dryer can, vacuum the current 410a, and reclaim it to the system and top it off after installation. This tech stated they did not currently have the part and even after getting the part, they are too far away for them to come through again and it be worth their time.

Was told by rep on the phone they will charge $900, they will come through, do a leak test, replace the part if necessary and then replace the refrigerant if necessary. First pound of the 410a would be included in the $900 and they will charge a fee for every pound after.

To me it feels like he gave me a $900 scare price to get me off the phone because he was not interested in coming out to service my HVAC, maybe because there isn't enough profit in the work we needed, or maybe he just didn't feel like I was a serious enough customer, either way, I was not a fan of this tactic.

These guys are legit. We needed a new AC this summer. They gave us a great price after our previous AC company tried to rip us off. They were able to work on it immediately, finished quickly, and did an excellent job. 10/10 would recommend.
