Called Grant A/C on a Monday morning and they had someone out right after lunch. Steve was the technician and he did a superb job replacing the blower wheel in our unit. The part was in town and he went and fetched it, installed it all within 2 hours. Had A/C back in the house by 3pm! Total charge was less than $300 which is A LOT less than I thought it would be! A++++

I was having humidity issues and they came same day and stayed till they figured out whoever had installed my air conditioning didn't hook everything up right. They fixed it and within the hour the humidity problem was resolved! Such great work! Also they were super friendly! Great work!

Had an emergency call w/air temp in house over 80º. Jason was my tech and he came out found and fixed the issue straight away. Reasonable price for an off hour emergency and Jason was great. I'll use Grant every time I need ac work done.

Haven't used this business, but extremely unsafe driver(s). On 35W North this morning, and their van is cutting people off left and right causing a lot of us to slam on our brakes. Almost caused an accident. At least I know if I ever have AC problems, will not give them business.

Ask for Marshall. My family has been using Grant AC for years. I moved in to a new home recently and within one day had AC issues. Grant had me up and running and went above and beyond and checked all units and made sure they were properly hooked up and running without issues. When I got the invoice I feared the worst since it was an emergency 911 “need my AC fixed now” call. I was shocked at the low price was. They are on speed dial now just in case of another emergency!

Amazing service and super fast. Steve was the best technician I have had for any job. Very professional and honest. When other AC places were quoting me 4-7 days out to do a job, Grant AC came out within 2 hours and finished the job in 20 minutes. I highly recommend!

Truly amazing service! We had a minor issue from a unit that Grant had installed for us 6 years ago. The issue was discovered by a home inspector as we went to sell our home, and when we informed Grant, they came out right away to fix it at no charge. Even six years later they stood by their product and their work. I would definitely use them again in my next house.

I was told by a different AC repair company originally to replace the whole AC unit because they think the issue was the compressor broke down ( this company has the highest google review ratings in DFW area). They suggested me to replace the whole unit so i can get the full warranty, because it is not worth it to fix the compressor, which will cost me almost 8K. I wanted to get a second opinion so I reached out to Grant Team for help. They are very professional, they came by and identified the real cause and fixed it within one hour. I highly recommend their service. Honest and reliable!

Of all the companies I've worked with since owning my own home, I have frequently been disappointed, as I am an admittedly difficult customer. Grant HVAC was AMAZING!! They are far superior to any other service provider I have run across. They installed a system for me that is exactly what I needed! I would recommend them to anyone. The work was done on time, correctly, and the pricing was very reasonable. I am blown away by this company's professionalism and attention to detail.

Called this company after being stood up by another company and scheduled an appointment. They showed up and did the work as requested. Additionally, their price was reasonable.

Update:

Had to call Grant back within 6 weeks of the original service. Was charged for items I already had in my pocession, and nothing was done to resolve my issue other than to tell me I needed more refrigerate.

The unit began shutting down immediately because of too much pressure in the refrigerate line. Called another company for a 2nd opinion. 2nd company said coils needed replacement at an estimated cost of $3500. We had a 3rd company recommend cleaning the coils 1st to determine if the coils needed to be replaced. We had the coils cleaned.

Turned out there was too much refrigerate in the system, causing a sensor to shut down the unit altogether. I was already stressed about a unit not working for our business. To have the unit misdiagnosed by a certified technician and then charged for items I already owned is beyond bad business.

I will not be using Grant again.

Grant Air Conditioning is a fantastic company. In an industry rife with companies that take advantage of people in desperate times Grant Air Conditioning stands above with outstanding customer service and technical expertise at a reasonable price. The technician who came to our house, Richard, was professional and had our problem diagnosed quickly. We were back up and running at full strength right after the part came in and he even serviced some other items on our units as preventative maintenance.

I have had other companies who know they have you over a barrel because its 105 out, your AC is out, you have kids in the house, and no other companies have availability so they rip you off. Grant Air Conditioning provides a service at a reasonable price for the work being performed, no games. If I ever need a new system, or build a new house there is no one I will call besides Grant Air Conditioning. Use them with the utmost confidence!

Grant Air Conditioning does a great job delivering on their promise. When my A/C went out Grant quickly responded to my service request and came out quicker than I anticipated. Grant's service technician was professional and had great communication skills explaining the problem in terms I could understand. I got great service at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

After parents made an appointment to fix A/C (not cooling) I called to see if they could send someone ASAP due their age (over 80+). A friendly service person quickly came over and fixed their A/C. What fantastic service and an understanding company!!!! Thank you for taking care of the A/C and my elderly parents!!!

My second time to use Grant Air Conditioning and couldn't be more pleased. My programable thermostat screen went blank and Landon, the technician, came out and began to trouble shoot. He explained the process to me very clearly and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. While he was here, he checked all of my units for a spring checkup and I am ready for the summer. Appreciate their responsiveness and straightforward way of doing business. Hope I don't need them again soon, but if I do.....I'll be calling them.

We have just replaced our two entire 4-ton A/C units inside and outside with new Carrier 454-B systems. Dale the president of the company came out to look at our 35-year-old systems to give me a quote on replacement, he was very knowledgeable. I quoted 4 other AC companies, some Carrier some other brands. There were a few quotes that were marginally cheaper but the equipment either was of a less reputable brand or the company rep that came out knew less about the AC systems than I did. Grant A/C was the best price on the same Carrier system. Grant A/C was able to get me installed within a week of me telling them that we were ready to move forward. They also did not try to upsell their pricing with all the Tariff talks as some of the other company reps were trying to "prepare me for possible price fluctuations." Grant A/C stuck to their quoted price. Troy and his install team were kind, courteous, and clean. We look forward to seeing these systems last for a long time. I would recommend Grant Air Conditioning.
