Josh, Bobby, Hector and Wesley were all professional and friendly. Josh took the time to explain doing each step of the diagnostic appointment to ensure I understood the repairs needed. Bobby thoroughly explained options to repair versus replace the A/C unit. Hector and Wesley arrived on time, were efficient with the install and made the install stress-free for me. I will highly recommend 1st Choice, the company truly lives up to their name.

N8 was awesome, went above and beyond for us. Laid out all the cost associated with our water heater. High recommend him and 1st choice plumbing.

Kellen came out to do a check on the heating and cooling unit. He was courteous, professional and thorough. He explained to me what was going on. He was already checking on the availability of parts to service the unit. Very knowledgeable. Also had CJ out for another service. Courteous, professional and thorough.

I attempted multiple times to get a quote from 1st Choice, but was completely ignored. I emailed, called, and even went in person — yet no one followed up or responded.

What’s even more disappointing is that I had high hopes dealing with a company owned by Rance. As the owner, I believe it’s his responsibility to ensure that every potential client is treated with respect, regardless of background.

After exhausting every reasonable method to engage with this company, I can’t help but feel that discrimination may have played a role in how I was treated. There was simply no other explanation for such disregard.

Very unfortunate experience — and not what I expected from a business that claims to serve its community.

1st Choice Plumbing , Heating &Air Solutions answered a text message on a weekend, and came out quickly and gave an estimate, and completed the job on a ruptured hot water tank at my house. Very good and prompt service.

Was scheduled for first maintenance with this company and I am really satisfied. Good customer service in the office to great service from their tech Nate. He was friendly and knowledgeable and suggested future work without being pushy.

Carmelo did a great job. Professional and polite throughout. Educated me on what he did and why he did it. Gave me options for the future. Highly recommend and totally pleased!!

I needed a technician quick for my clients AC to be evaluated as our deadline was Sunday. Submitted a request Friday evening and they were texting me to arrange the appointment until 9:30 pm to get it scheduled-who does that?? Technician called about 30 minutes before arrival time, took care of the problem and called me to tell me what he did and also explained it to the homeowner. I’m very impressed-first time to use this company but I will definitely be recommending them and Kellen! Excellent job!

I was an HVAC contractor for 40 years so I know quality when I see it. Patrick, Eder, Wesley, Hector, and Taylor were our technicians and worked tirelessly to replace two Trane high efficiency heat pump units in one day. I would have been happy to work with any of them when I owned my business. They were professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend.

We called 1st Choice Heating & Air because our new heat pump wasn’t heating, and they immediately sent technician Xavier Sneed to check it out. He went above and beyond—not only getting it working, but also making sure everything was running as it should. He took the time to explain in simple terms how the system works and what maintenance we can do to keep it in great shape. Xavier was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Excellent service from start to finish! Highly recommend 1st Choice and Xavier!

N8 came to do our fall/winter service and evaluation. He is a great job, and I specifically requested him to come back to replace a part we needed. He is knowledgeable, friendly and reliable.

He did a great job. Not sure we fixed the problem time will tell, but he did charge my unit with Freon and drained the drip pan that was full of water. We don’t know why the pan was full of water so I will watch it to make sure it doesn’t happen again. He was honest and throughly went over everything with me. This was warranty work so there was no charge.

Fantastic job all around for emergency A/C repair! From when I called to when I paid, I was met with nothing but professionalism. Stephanie was great at figuring out the issue and getting me on the schedule for the same day. When the technicians (Kellen and N8) arrived, they heard our concerns and determined all the issues and provided several options moving forward ultimately fixing our issue within their visit. Kellen and N8 were efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Next time I have an issue they will be my first call!

CJ Johnson, friendly, answered all my questions and explained well the issue. Was in and out in a reasonable time after thoroughly checking the home. I have my Kitchen sink back in use! Highly recommend this company.
