The amount of professionalism exhibited from Kellen, my tech today, was really impressive. His knowledge and expertise was evident and his respectfulness of my home was top notch. The world would be a better place if people took ownership of their jobs and tasks as much as Kellen does. Cannot recommend this company and specifically Kellen highly enough.

Kellen Mullinnix was a fantastic 1st Choice employee! Very knowledgeable about his craft and made sure I understood everything going on with my new unit before leaving. He also adopted one of my kittens in the neighborhood so he’s always family!

The technician was very thorough checking out everything and spelling out what could use some work. He did not push us to do anything, but simply spelled out what could happen if his recommendations were not done. It is the most complete inspection I have ever seen of our Air Conditioning and Heating System. The technician was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to feel confident they are not being taken advantage of.

Casey was professional and very courteous. He listened to my concerns and offered options for those concerns. He was easy to work with and explained everything in detail that I could understand. I felt that I was speaking to a friend instead of a stranger. He made me feel comfortable as he worked around my house. Thank you, Casey, I will ask for you if I ever need some work in the future.

Josh Hansford has quickly become our preferred Technician from 1st Choice. He is very thorough even going those extra few steps to ensure we’re very satisfied with our units (2 homes) and the results of his work. Honestly the friendliest tech we've had an encounter with. He was willing to go above and beyond to service us. We appreciate the time he spent coming out and taking the time to explain what could be going on with our kitchen sink and dishwasher. Will return if we need any other work done.

I’m so glad we found 1st choice! We just moved to Ft Worth and needed to set up the twice a year maintenance on our two units. Xavier was very nice, knowledgeable,, and patient with my questions. He explained some things about our hvac units that I did not know. He recommended different size filters than the ones the house came with and checked some items noted on the inspection sheet from when we bought the house. I’m very happy with the customer service, too, on the phone. I would recommend this company to everyone!

I received multiple quotes for a new residential HVAC system to replace my old one before deciding to go with 1st Choice. They seemed to take the responsibility more seriously than the others, and wanted to make sure they did the math correctly, so I wouldn't just have new equipment with the latest coolant, but it would be designed properly and optimized to provide the best results for the entire home. This was important to them as they wanted to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction after the sale and installation, which was worth it because I am a very satisfied customer! Everybody I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and went above and beyond to to ensure my satisfaction. I also found their prices to be competitive. I highly recommend them to anybody shopping for a new heating and air conditioning system!

I scheduled a heating tune-up with 1st Choice, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The office kept me well informed with updates on the technician’s ETA, including when they were on the way and nearby, which I really appreciated since it allowed me to plan my time efficiently.

Casey, the technician, arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly inspected the system, identified an issue as part of preventative maintenance, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was fair and transparent, and after approving the repair, the system now runs smoother than before.

I’m very happy with both the company and the technician. I even signed up for their reasonably priced maintenance plan and requested Casey for future tune-ups and repairs. Highly recommend!

N8 was awesome. Cane over right before the snow storm. Quickly confirmed our water heater was fried and was able to identify what warranty we had available, offer alternative solutions, and get all this work done before the snow came. We have had warm water this entire winter freeze and that’s been a huge blessing. We signed up for their annual service to get better monitoring on our equipment. Happy so far.
