Fabian is awesome. He installed a brand new system in my house in Richland hills and moved it into the attic. It was a very tight space for the installation and he handled it perfectly. There was something wrong with the unit a couple months after installation - we're thinking some other part of the renovation messed with the thermostat wiring and shorted it out. He was out the next day to replace the damaged parts with no hassle at all.

He's a friendly, clean, well spoken, and professional guy. Prices are very very reasonable, but He's not the lowest bidder, and he knows it. He stands behind his work and will always answer your calls or texts.

After our HVAC system died, we got four quotes for new systems. In addition to having the best quote, Fabian was BY FAR the best with communication. He went above and beyond by helping us with our return vents and sump pump, which other contractors were not willing to do. When the forecast called for rain, he came out a day early to install to make sure we could go home as soon as possible and even called us later to thank us for our business. We have nothing but great things to say about him and will refer him whenever we get the chance.

Fabian is a very friendly guy who always does an excellent job, needed repair done on ducts due to animal damage on our rental property. Fabian is awesome. Just notified him 2 days ago that I was having issues w home warranty company. Home warranty didn't even order the compressor for 7 days and told me they had 15-20 days to complete. I've been displaced for 8 nights as a result. Aire comfort to the rescue. Fabian kept in touch w me 2-3 times a day w updates. I was shocked cause it's so hard to get quick responses today. He is very professional and easy to talk to. He's on my permanent call list. Contacted Fabian at Aire Comfort HVAC. Requested a quote and was provided a very competitive price. Our main 4 ton unit had gone out and within 48 hours it would be below freezing. Fabian shifted his previous schedule and was able to install prior to the weather turning very cold. Well above and beyond what i had planned on. Great price, great service....I will invite him back!

The two-man crew arrived right on time, dressed in clean, professional uniforms, and ready to work. I really appreciated that it was a small, focused team — just the two of them — which made the experience far less disruptive than having a big crew stomping around the house. They were courteous, respectful of the space, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing.
Incredibly, they managed to completely remove the old HVAC unit and install both the indoor and outdoor units — all between 8:00 AM and 12:30 PM. That kind of efficiency, paired with the high level of workmanship, is rare these days.

Fabian & his crew did a great job. They arrived on time, took care of our installation with no disruption to our day (they were quiet!), and finished on time as well. They were very careful to put down protection for our floors and stairs to keep them clean while carrying all the equipment up into the attic above the second floor, as well as dismantling all the old equipment and carrying it back downstairs. They were also careful to clean everything up before they left. They had all the tools and equipment they needed to do the job, and they completed the job for the price quoted, with no surprise extra charges. I highly recommend Fabian and Aire Comfort Heating and Cooling.

I highly recommend this company for your air conditioning and heating needs. Fabian is the owner of this company. He is a great guy. He came to my house to look at my eighteen year old outside unit, and he recommended that I get a new unit. We also looked at the furnace, and I decided to go ahead and change out the whole system. He wrote up an estimate for a complete Trane change out, and an electrical disconnect . Wow, was I blown away by the estimate, especially for a Trane. I gave him the ok, and we set up an install appointment for two days after the estimate was made. He called the day before to confirm the install. Fabian and his helper showed up on time at the appointment time of 7:30 AM. The install only took about 3.5 hours. Afterwards, they cleaned and vacuumed up their work area.

Again, I highly recommend this company. Fabian is honest, courteous, does awesome work, and is great communicator. He truly cares about his customer. His helper Raul is also a very nice guy.

The staff from the office to the crew were very friendly, personable, also professional and knew what they were doing. Communication and information was excellent, so refreshing. The gentlemen that came to do the work made me feel very comfortable, and truly enjoyed their presence. They explained everything, and even showed me videos of what they did. They are one of few companies that work with mobile homes any more, and they did not hesitate to work on ours. They truly take pride in their work. Considering what they had to do, the cost was very reasonable.
