Service representative came out for a routine spring checkup on our HVAC. He was quite professional in carrying out his duties. When done, he answered any other questions we may have had about our HVAC unit. Very friendly and courteous!

Aire Serv takes great care of their customers! They installed my air conditioner and currently do maintenance checks every 6 months. The technicians are personable and do a thorough job when installing or doing maintenance checks.

Michael arrived on time, we discussed the options that met my HVAC needs and wants. The date for the installation was set. The installation team arrived at the scheduled time, and went to work. The install was quick, but the quality was the best I have seen in a residential installation. A steel frame was built and suspended on cables to provide a strong stable platform for the interior unit. Much better than the metal tape or lumber used by many companies. The duct connections were sealed using a mastic, not just metal duct tape. When the work was completed the team cleaned up and made sure I was satisfied with the work. And a few days later I received a follow up call to insure I was happy and satisfied.

They do good work and stand behind their work. Been with them a few years now, a really good company.

Raylen and Aireserv were awesome. They were quick to respond and upfront about the issues, resolution, and pricing. Raylen spent time explaining the issues and recommendations. I have never worked with a better HVAC company.

Cayden, the air conditioning technician, was at my home in less than 24 hours after my initial call. He is a real pro! He diagnosed the problem quickly and, even better, made the repairs the same day. My air conditioning system was back up and running within two hours of his arrival.

The service was great from start to finish. Cayden kept me updated on the status every step of the way, which I really appreciated. The cost was reasonable and they even offer discounts for teachers, which was a very pleasant surprise.

We’ve been with Airserv for over a decade. About 6 months age we had a new Armstrong system installed. Today I noticed an error screen on our thermostat so I called Aireserv and Chandler came by to check it out. He’s really personable and he did a great job explaining our system. All is well with our system.
Chandler has made several calls to our house over the last few years with our old system (also purchased from Aireserv). There was no charge for the visit under warranty.

All the people at Aireserv have been really friendly and service oriented. A really great company to work with!!!
