We were very impressed with the quality of service we received today from Aire Serv of Fort Worth. The young woman at the call number who took our information and set up our service call was extremely courteous, kind and helpful. And Justin, the young man who arrived to repair our heating unit, also was extremely courteous, polite, professional, and prompt, and had a thorough knowledge and understanding regarding the problem with the unit. He explained everything to us clearly and completely. We will definitely continue to use this service. Wish we had known about them sooner!

AC quit working and I called AireServ and they sent Kenny out promptly. He diagnosed and explained what the problem was. The cost of repair was pretty expensive and as the unit was 12 years old I decided to go with a replacement. While he was there he called and got the price of a new HVAC system. It was reasonable in price so I decided to go with a complete new system.

Aire Serve is such a great company. When looking over reviews on Angie's List, I paid close attention to those about INSTALLING air conditioners, not just servicing them. (It's a fail if you buy a great unit, but they screw up the installation.) Their sales person explained to me the different choices and recommended the most affordable option. They even filed my warranty for me, which was great because I forgot. It's been running smoothly for years. This evening has been the first I've had a problem. Turns out the drainage pipe was clogged. They came out very quickly at 11:00 pm and fixed it for a reasonable price. Aire Serve has terrific customer service. Their technicians are always knowledgeable and friendly. Can't say enough good things about them. They're the only company I trust.

I have been with Aire Serv for almost 5 years and they have been excellent in helping with my heating and cooling needs. Their customer service is top tier as are their technicians. I appreciate that they strive to fix the root problems rather than slapping a bandaid on the issue. They are very upfront with pricing and give options depending on price point.

I used Aire Serv last year to install two mini split systems. They have been a life saver for a room that I can never keep at the right temperature. I recently decided to make an adjustment to one of them. Kenny was amazing by keeping in contact with me, providing different opinions and installing on a rainy Saturday. So happy with the service!

Every tine we have had an issue, they're right there to help us out. They are trustworthy and communicate well about your issues. Kenny came out for an issue today - he made us a real priority, and he explained what was going on in a way my mechanical-naive brain could understand. In the TX heat, having someone you know will have the knowledge, experience and compassion to do do everything they can to keep you from having to go to a hotel (or with my medical situation, the hospital) provides a lot of comfort.

Was recommended by my neighbor to give them a shot that they were a trustworthy company. And I have to say they are very honest very trustworthy. They make sure to get the job done right. They also make sure before you start spending tons of money on your HVAC system that you actually have a correct diagnosis of what you need. Bryon and Kenny were super dope and took their time. Explain everything to me.

Aire Serv saved the day. I frequently leave reviews but rarely add commentary especially long commentary but this situation calls for it. Once I reached out to Aire Serv, they responded quickly to my request for service and when another customer rescheduled, they called me right back to see if they could arrive earlier than originally scheduled. They did a fantastic job communicating with me and kept me informed of the issues with my air conditioner. The technician took a video of the problem in the attic and took the time to explain it all to me beforehand. He also explained the cost of the repair gave me options so that I could make an informed decision. I'd used another company last summer to replace the outdoor ac unit. So this summer I contacted that other company because while the ac did work and was cooling, it just wasn't cooling well in two bedrooms However once the technician arrived, instead of checking the coolant or measuring the air temp coming through the vents in those two rooms, he went into the attic for about 30 minutes and came down and said my blower motor needed to be replaced. My mental alarm Bells went off immediately . I politely disagreed and repeated what I had already told him about the house was cool except for two bedrooms so I knew the blower was working. I even walked over to the thermostat to turn the temperature down so he could hear the blower come on. Looking back I think I did that more for my sake than his. Well no surprise, the blower did not come on. He could not explain why it was blowing cold air before he arrived but stopped blowing all together after he came down out of the attic. I was very suspicious and asked him to provide a breakdown of the repair and cost. He said he needed to go get the part and then would send me the cost estimate. He did not come back with the part, did not send me an estimate for the cost, and I had to contact him when I had not heard from him by that evening. I couldn't sleep that night not only because it was hot but because I was worried that I was getting taken. When that company didn't return the next day or even contact me about the part or an estimate, I contacted Aire Serv. I was up front with them that all I wanted was a second opinion and I was willing to pay for the service call. As I said customer service was excellent and the technician took pictures of what he saw in the attic which confirmed for me that the other company had been dishonest. The fan was disconnected from the fan housing unit and the blower motor had been tampered with. The other company that I thought I could trust and had even recommended to a friend was boldly dishonest and could not care less that they left me without air conditioning for 2 days. As a result, I paid for repairs that I didn't need. Most likely all I needed was coolant. It's hard to find honest and reliable service these days but I think Aire Serv is one of those. Highly recommend.

We’ve used Aire Serv for a couple years now. Over the last year or so we’ve known that we would need to replace our AC unit system. So this past week Kenny came out and serviced our 12 year old unit and explained to us how much it would cost to try to keep it working. We decided it was best to go ahead and install a whole new AC unit. Kenny took the time to explain everything with us. Then we scheduled to have Kenny come out on Friday November 1st. Well on Wednesday afternoon our old system went out. I contacted Aire Serv and Kenny happened to be the on-call technician. He immediately called me back and said he would contact Bryan and see if they could come out the next day. So on Thursday afternoon Bryan showed up right as I got home from work, and Kenny arrived shortly after that. The two of them worked till about 8:15pm removing the one unit installing the new unit. On Friday morning we noticed a minor problem and I texted Kenny. He came out that afternoon and fixed the problem.
Kenny and Bryan were even friendly with our dogs. Thank you two for the fast and courteous service! Oh…Kenny even texted us Saturday morning to make sure everything was working smoothly.

I’m very satisfied with the work Chandler did for us. He went beyond and we were elated.

Gas leak nitrogen test $650 way overpriced compared to competitors.
They did an appointment from 8am to 12
And didn’t arrive till 4:30pm after I called many times. The guy said I’ll give you “free” freeon while I give you a quote next day for the fix.
He never put freeon, it was a lie - house was hotter as before plus I never received an updated quote that supposed to come the next day. (It’s been 2 days) - original estimated quote $5K again way overpriced- average is $1K to $2.7K
Won’t recommend - honestly
