Mark W. went above and beyond to try to find a solution for our fireplace issue. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful.

They were prompt and courteous. I love that I receive a text and phone call to remind me of my appointments because I tend to forget. They also notify me when the technician is on his way. The technician was very knowledgeable and informative. He let me know everything he was doing and updated me as he worked. I’m sorry I forgot his name 😟. He was very professional. I’d recommend Comfort Experts to anyone needing AC/Heating service.

Always a great experience with them there techs are awesome,done a wonderful job, Daniel is a great diagnostician, he got to the problem in a timely manner. Treated us and our home with great respect and curtious . We highly recommend comfort experts.

Alec was very polite and knowledgeable about the HVAC system. He quickly pinpointed the main problem and tried to fix it. I didn't use my ac until three days later. The problem was not fixed. I reached out and was told that they would send another technician out. I just can't do that. It was water not draining to the main drain. I'll give a plumber a call. If that doesn't work, ill call another ac repair company. I really didn't want to write this. Super friendly staff. I don't understand why it is so difficult to find an ac repair company that can fix the problem. This makes #5.

Air unit was dead - called before they opened and had a response at 8 when they opened! Tech, Andrew, came out today! Evaluated the system, got it working in about 15 minutes and did a thorough review of the system. Very appreciative of their responsiveness! I’m a fan!

Update for Kellen Mullinnix who came out on 11/2/22 - great service, super personable and very professional. I had a check up on my system and he identified a deficiency, needed parts, got them and completed the repair and update in quick time. Can’t say enough about the job and him professionally.

We love this company so much. From the people in the office, to the techs that come out. They are so friendly, fast, and won't try to upsell anything. We mentioned our son's severe asthma and allergies thinking we needed our vents and system cleaned (surprise. He had pics of our system and vents. Clean as a whistle), and they mentioned something for us to research. Never mentioned purchasing anything. We are purchasing a system upgrade through them though as the price is almost $1000 cheaper through them than other companies we looked into and it will help our son's asthma and allergies here at home. They don't nickel and dime. Don't lie. They take pics to show proof and explain everything in layman's terms for those of us not in the field of expertise. Came out quickly tonight when our AC said naw, I don't want to turn on. It short circuited itself and Alec the tech told us how it happened and why. He didn't have the part but was willing to come back first thing in the morning to fix it. Pssssst... It's a cheap fix. (It's not even hot in here, we're just royalty and like to freeze to death at night). They are a fantastic company and we highly recommend them.
Update: we ended up needing a new system. Inside and out. Zac, the tech who gave us the bad news is always amazing. He installed our surge protectors and uv light system as well as came out for maintenance before. Even though he had to deliver the bad news, he was kind and understanding. He gave us awesome information about what caused the issues that fried our system. He also gave us information to be better informed when choosing our new system. He explained dual zones and how our system works, how to prevent this from happening again (brown outs 😬😬😬), and explained everything in a manner that I could understand. That was on Tuesday, and our system was installed on Thursday. After 2 weeks of issues (stayed in hotels with the kids while the hubs stayed with the animals), and having almost no AC the whole time, it was nice to wake up freezing again. Thankfully, our AC went out when Texas had it's cold wave the other day. The crew that came out to install it was phenomenal, professional, knowledgeable, and cognizant of the fact that we had animals and a small child in the house. The guy who sold us our unit (forgot his name) was also amazing. Super kind man, and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions. Excellent, experience. Also, they didn't try to sell me the most expensive systems. They only mentioned systems that met our needs. Nothing more, nothing less. We still recommend Comfort Experts.
Edit: plumber Derek came out and fixed our kitchen sink that was broken. It was quick and he was so funny and nice. Looked under the sink, knew right away what needed to be fixed. 45 mins, in and out. He even had a wrench for our garbage disposal. Electrician is coming out tomorrow and will do another edit after he's done. Hopefully it's an easy fix (fuse we think).

Kellen has worked at our home twice. He is the most courteous, informative, knowledgeable, hard working, and truthful person you will ever meet. There are three things that impress me about this young man. 1. He is very truthful. I had inquired about a problem that I had with my central AC unit. I was told by two companies that I would have to buy another complete system at a cost of $4000-7000. Kellen came to my house, climbed into my attic, took apart my unit, took photos (to show me what was going on) brought the part down and then obtained a replacement. The replacement part cost $600 vs the $4000-7000 the other companies wanted to charge me. My AC is keeping our home cool at 65 degrees right now. 2. Kellen is knowledgeable in his field. If he doesn’t know the answer he will tell you as much. He doesn’t try to put on a sales pitch - he simply diagnoses the problem, gives the solutions and lets you choose. 3. He genuinely cares for his customers. I saw him after he fixed my AC unit a year ago. I was at a coffee shop and he came in, saw me, had a huge smile on his face, and asked me how I and my family were doing. Bottom line I will always do business with Comfort Experts because of the awesome job this man has done for our family.

Kellen was a very nice professional young man. Explained everything he did. Very considerate with booties on in my house. Offered great suggestions for enegy conservation air cleaners for allergies. Giving us explanation of our air duct system to improve conservation. We can't wait to have the things he offered for us to be installed to keep our cleaner. We look forward to having a long relationship with this company.

Great company. A/C tech Abel came out. He was very knowledgeable and, most important, was able to update my system with no problem. He was very professional and informative. I'll have "Comfort" back again.

Our heating system was not operating properly, as we discovered it this morning. Mark spent approximately an hour, diagnosing the problem. He was very thorough, explaining the problem and how he got it fixed. Also, Mark was very courteous and professional throughout the process!!

Our house has a ventless propane fireplace. We called Comfort Experts to look into other options due to the scent of propane being noticed. Mark and Brian conducted an inspection of our fireplace and attic venting and suggested an electrical fireplace.
Both men were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and personable. We're glad to have Comfort Experts in our contacts.

We got Cody as our ac tech that they sent out to our home, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

This is a sort of mixed review. I started having issues with my ac unit in this insane hot summer of 2023. I called on Sunday morning and was able to have someone out by 2 pm. The service call charge was reasonable (especially for a weekend). Ian was excellent, honest, and professional. He told me there was a problem with a particular part. However, he noticed my unit was less than 3 years and should be under warranty and advised me to contact the company who originally installed. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because if I had chosen to have him repair my unit, the cost of the part is more than double what other companies charge. That’s the only issue I have though. I am having it repaired through the original company who did my install, but again I was impressed with how quickly they got someone out and Ian’s diagnostic abilities.

Nathaniel was awesome. Very friendly and did great work. 10/10 recommend.

Jake with Comfort Experts was wonderful. He showed up in Joshua, Tx and had driven from Denton, Tx (that’s a ways drive!) to give us a quote. My husband and I decided to go with his company over another because of upfront pricing and his willingness to go the distance- literally!! We scheduled our electrical upgrade for the next morning. Jake showed up as scheduled, got the job done in record time (15-20 minutes) and was genuinely nice & professional.
