I highly recommend Strickland! Customer service was outstanding! Britany was so friendly when I set up my appointment to service my AC and my technician, Robbie, was so knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was going to inspect and explained how I could improve the efficiency of my AC without pressuring me to upgrade. I definitely have made Strickland and Robbie my go to for heating and air. Plus their price is very reasonable!

Robby did a great job, and was very fast. He got our heat going again same day it went down.

Tech Joe did an excellent job diagnosing my system. Very knowledgeable and informative of multiple options to get my system taken care of.

Very pleased with our service and new system. Jeremy and his team were professional and quick. I called for service on Friday. He came the same day and fixed us up for the weekend. Our new AC was installed working on Monday. Jeremy answered all our questions and gave us several options to fix/upgrade our AC. I highly recommend!!!

Strickland Heating and Air is the ipepitome of excellent customer service. Jeremy and Austin were very informative with all aspects.
We had an older HVAC unit that was on it's last leg as we were told last summer that it would be a miracle if it was still operational in a year.
We contacted Strickland and we are very glad we did.
If you have a sick HVAC, they will take care of it.

I have been using Strickland for a few years as we have some older a/c units in our home. Most companies just tell you a price and a brief description of work to be done but not a clear reason why. Robby took the time to explain what was going on with the system in detail, what needed repaired, and what would help it last longer. Thanks for the quick service.
