I was having an issue with a smell coming from a/c vents when I used the heater. I came across strickland heating and air and set up an appt for someone to come check my hvac system today. Robby Dollar came out in a timely matter and on short notice. I told him my issue and he got to work inspecting the hvac unit. He discovered the cause of the smell was coming from the electrical disconnect box. Some wires had burned and it needed to be replaced. I also need a good duct cleaning but I did not get that done today. Overall, my main issue regarding the smell was resolved. Thanks Robby and Strickland co.

We had a great experience with the technician Joe Horton who repaired our heating system. He carefully checked the problem, returned with the replacement part, and fixed everything properly. The system is working perfectly now. Very professional and courteous service.

Robby was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable very polite. He made getting my air conditioning service a pleasure he was always willing to tell me what he was doing and explain why he was doing it and what it would require to fix the AC. From the moment I called the company speaking with Brittany to having Robby service my AC it was a huge relief after getting quotes from so many other AC companies for outlandish prices and wanting to sell me a new unit. I’ve used Strickland for a year now via their semi-annual A/C check-up agreement and like dealing with them so far. They reached out and scheduled both Summer and Winter check-ups promptly. Their Technician Robby Dollar serviced our AC both times and was always on time & courteous. He made suggestions that could improve our system while not pressuring or trying to sell unnecessary products so I decided to sign up for another year.

I appreciate they send a picture of the technician coming before he arrives. Robby was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Their prices were reasonable and my repairs were done the same day.

Strickland made it easy to schedule an appointment and kept me updated when the technician was on the way. When our technician Robby arrived, he did an excellent job of thoroughly inspecting our system and explaining things every step of the way. I felt much better about the state of our system after Robby left because he pointed out what was working well and what could potentially pose an issue in the future. Now we have a much better idea of how to maintain the system between visits, and what particular parts to keep a closer eye on. Hopefully together we can keep my system running well for many seasons to come!

Jeremy is the owner and one of the nicest people you ever want to meet. He came to my home the Friday before Christmas and looked at my unit I told him the torment I had gone through with other ac companies. His response was try us I did
Austin Nelson Alexis Rafael and Robby just left my house with a brand-new ac installed. Five minutes after they left and my house is already cold like I like it. I am a customer for life. they took the time to do everything right and then explain to me what they did and how. They also showed me things I can do if I need to in an emergency. This has been a complete pleasure from first speaking with Britney to saying good bye to Austin as they left me with a MUCH better ac unit then I had before. Strickland was great! It started with the initial phone call speaking with Britney. They had an appointment on the same day which was so helpful. Robby Dollar was our technician and he was very thorough. While Robby was at the home we had some billing questions and he was very patient while the office and I worked through them. I will definitely be using them again!

Austin and Pablo did an amazing job installing my new unit, and cleaning out my old unit. Their attention to detail and hard work ethic made my investment worthwhile. I'm definitely a life-long customer with Strickland Heating and Air now!

We had a major AC failure this week and Strickland Heating & Air absolutely earned our trust through the entire process.

Our outside unit stopped running, and after diagnosing the system they found severe coil blockage that had caused extreme strain on the system and ultimately damaged multiple components. Given the age of the unit, replacement was the smartest option. Their team explained everything clearly, showed us exactly what was happening, and never pressured us — just honest, professional guidance.

During the installation, they discovered mold on the plenum and asked permission before going further. Once in the attic, they documented several ductwork issues (disconnected ducts, missing insulation, and condensation problems) that were allowing conditioned air to escape into the attic. They took photos, walked me through everything, and fixed the problems correctly instead of cutting corners.

What stood out most was their transparency and professionalism. Communication was excellent, the crew was respectful of our home, and they made sure we understood both the problem and the solution every step of the way.

AC replacements are never fun, but Strickland made a stressful situation manageable. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing honest HVAC work done right.

Our system went out on Sunday, and I called on Monday around noon. Within 30 minutes, they had someone at our home, which was incredibly impressive. After evaluating the situation, we learned we needed a new system. Since we were at work, the technician returned later that evening so we could discuss everything in person. He thoroughly explained all of our options and allowed us to decide what worked best for our family—no pressure at all.

We signed the paperwork, and they were back the very next day for installation. Austin handled the install, and he was there all day—from 9:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m.—making sure everything was done right. He answered every question we had and was extremely patient and professional throughout the entire process.

Because it got too chilly to properly finish charging the system, Austin came back the next day after we got off work and even waited for us when we were running late. When I had an issue with the new thermostat, he quickly resolved it without hesitation. He was incredibly friendly and even took the time to listen to and answer my son’s questions.

We truly couldn’t be happier with how everything went. What started as a stressful situation turned into a smooth and positive experience thanks to their responsiveness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
