From the first call, our Personal experience with Hobson & Air was a great one. The professionals on the phone setting up the appointment had a great attitude, and it was followed up with an email to confirm. Also, when Tech showed up, the first thing I noticed was a great smile. I was greeted by name, and Mr. Kellen is truly a great man. Mr Kellen was very clean and professional, and the company vehicle was clean, too. Mr Kellen explained everything to my wife and I. we did not feel like we were pressured at all. We are truly happy with our service, and we will recommend Mr Kellen & this amazing company to all of our family and neighbors. We love the detailed report that Mr Kellem provided to us.

I made a call to Hobson when our central heat failed. Same day service with two excellent technicians. Daniel reviews the entire system, found problems several places and made repairs/new parts. They were very extensive in their review. I thank them for their work and politeness. You cannot go wrong using Hobson!

Daniel was very personable and professional. He quickly discovered the leak problem and repaired it. When he had to get a part, he came and told me he'd be gone a minute. Great sevicd.

Jake was excellent! He came within two hours since contacting and did a great job. He was personable, professional & knowledgeable. He found the problem & repaired it in about 30 minutes! Pricing was reasonable too. I highly recommend Jake & Comfort experts to everyone!

Tyler was friendly and knew how to install a fan. He did good work. The problem came when he did not tote out the old fan. I paid nearly $700.00 to come home having to take apart the old fan and throw it in my dumpster. WHY????? I guess this is simply a new day where I pay good money to half done jobs. Likely will not use again.

From start to finish, I can’t express how impressed I was with their customer service and business ethic. I felt well taken care of from the first point of contact. I spoke to Brittany, who scheduled my service appointment. She was professional and helpful. She worked with my schedule to get an appointment set up in a timely manner. She also called to follow up post installation, to make sure I was satisfied.

I met with Robbie, and he was awesome. He was honest with his assessment and broke down what needed to be done. He helped me decide what was best suited, for my heating and cooling needs without any sales pressure. Robbie broke-down the cost levels of all the units, and any discounts and tax credits available. He helped to remedy my issue until my unit was installed. Which I was thankful for those free extra days!

Jeremy, the owner was great! He showed up first thing in the morning to answer any questions or concerns I had. He returned at the end of installation and spent time checking that everything was in perfect working condition, even though it was after hours. He wasn’t in a rush to leave, and made sure that there was nothing left for uncertainty.

Angel and Pablo were concise, respectful of my home, and professional with the whole installation, given the weather was cold and rainy. I couldn’t be more impressed with Stricklands, and would recommend them to everyone.

Buying a new AC can be a painful expense, but in the end, I trusted them implicitly, and was happy to choose them in the end. They made it a painless process. I am very satisfied with my experience, and that says a lot, because I am sometimes hard to impress.

I can't say enough about how professional, courteous, timely, and helpful Strickland Heating and Cooling is!! Jeremy, was super communicative throughout our whole installation process. He provided his expertise on how to run our new heat pump unit, thermostat placement, and vent position. The difference in the air quality was felt instantly, as soon as the unit kicked on. Pablo and Angel worked diligently and professionally, and respectively on the install all day. They were very kind and professional!! Robbie, was our point of contact and very helpful. If you are looking for a reliable and professional company, they are it, hands down, the best! I had the choice of getting an engagement ring or a new, desperately needed, upgraded AC, the AC won, and I am happy with my decision!

Robby came out and was able to get my furnace running right as this first cold spell hit. We discussed repair / replace options down the line as it’s a 20yr old unit.
