I scheduled standard maintenance for our HVAC system, and they set up something for the next day. They do not issue a specific time window, it's just anytime between 9-5. I'm not crazy about that, but I was working from home so not a big deal. Unfortunately, they were not able to make it on that day and had to reschedule for the next day.

Daniel A. was our technician. He was very nice, worked quickly, and explained that everything was working well except for the controlled amp start thing. He said it was not a necessary repair, but still provided quotes for the repair in case we wanted to do it. He also explained their monthly subscription, but I did not feel pressured to purchase anything I didn't need or want.

Overall, I am pleased with the service, but scheduling is a bit open-ended which might be difficult for people who have to go out of their way to be home for it.

Garrett was one of the best technicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He did a phenomenal job servicing two of our properties. Throughout his time at our home, he was professional, punctual, patient, and honest. He explained everything clearly and made sure we understood the work being done.

Garrett is a very respectful young man and just a good person overall. He even took the time to talk with us, and we never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything extra.

Cody was absolutely amazing! Not only did he find the issue and fix it but he also gave me lots of information about how to care for and operate the a/c unit in our new home. I am so appreciative of the time he took to show me what was wrong and explain everything to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone i know and would hope to get him again if i run into anymore issues.

Quick same day service. Danny was able to identify the issue right away. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Was also able to quote us on other services at same appointment.

UPDATE 10/18/24: Cody B. came out to inspect a noise issue with our outdoor ac unit, and his professionalism and service were top notch. Cody took the time to hear me out on what was happening and tackled the issue, identified the problem, and fixed it. Perfect job on his end! Now, no noise, happy neighbors once again, and all is well. Photo included.

PRIOR REVIEW: Kellen and Wyatt were just awesome. The service received was exemplary, from arrival to departure. Thorough explanation of how our system is operating, and recommendations provided for routine maintenance and additional services that had clear explanation for why. Could not have asked for a better experience today, and we feel good about where our system stands because of the time and attention taken to talk through it all with me. We joined the club at the bronze level based on today’s service. Thank you!

Mark W and Wade were fantastic. They were quick and efficient. Mark explained the care of the tank well and they explained everything as the they worked. Definitely will be referring them and Hobson/ Comfort Experts to family and friends.

Wade arrived quickly and professionally dressed (no plumbers butt showing). He explained what needed to be done and got right on the job. After Wade completed to job he picked up after himself which is very important. Check Comfort Experts out and ask for Wade by name!

Mark D.and Nate M. came to our house and even though it was late afternoon they were very thorough and explained everything they found. Very impressive. I’ll definitely be using Mark and Nate again.

Wow! Nathaniel the electrician came out to do a whole home electrical inspection. He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything to my husband and I. We are so grateful to have our home electrical system up to code and safe! We couldn't be happier with our experience with the whole team at Comfort Experts! Highly recommended. Thank you SO much to Mark W for stopping to help me and my daughter on the side of the road with a flat tire on our trailer I couldn’t get off! He got us back on the road in no time. I will def be using them for any of our repair needs!!!

Danny was so great! He was very patient explaining all of our options helping us to resolve our problems with our upstairs ac unit. He got us up and running in less than 20 min with real solutions to resolve the issue. Very thankful for employees like Danny. Horrible company, do not do business with them. We've had them servicing our home for the last 3 years, and if we had a choice would not use them at all going forward. Every year we've had a different person come by, and at least two visits we've had errors left behind. The only time we had someone else service our AC unit we had multiple issues pointed out that were left behind by this company. We've had this company unnecessarily recharge our unit and then forget to screw the cap back on. After this latest mistake of forgetting to turn the power back on to the unit, and after checking a couple items myself, I called and talked to Autumn, who could certainly stand to learn a thing or 2 about customer service and accountability. Before she figured out that the best thing to do would be talk to the tech who came out I got nothing but a story of potential delays, lack of accountability, going so far as to ask us if we could wait another day for them to come back out to fix the issue. Autumn used the word "but" entirely too often in an initial call about an error. You need to reassure your customers that you will figure it out, in a timely manner, and then actually go figure it out before you start making excuses or talking about timelines. It shouldn't take someone being upset to finally do the right thing. I've had a couple techs come out who have pointed out what a scam their yearly subscription is as well. I agree it feels very scammy. I'd rather support a different company that doesn't play these games. You should too, or you might need to hire another company to check what this company did.

On the plus side, their techs are usually professional and friendly, and they themselves do own their mistakes. I wish that were representative of the company as a whole.

Jerred came by & he was totally professional , also a great person to have a conversation with. learn some facts about toilets & mouthwash too! I will recommend this company if you looking for all things in one for home repair!

We have been in this house 25 years and comfort experts have serviced our furnace and hvac sence the very beginning. Mike was wonderful as expected. We have always had great service and he more than lived up to our expectations.

They came out promptly, diagnosed the issue, explained my options clearly, and fixed the problem — all for about half of what I expected to spend. Alex and his helper came early and stayed late to insure our new HVAC system was installed properly and running correctly. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. In spite of Murphey's law glitches they worked tirelessly to get our system up and running correctly.
