I was very impressed with the service today! The tech showed great respect for my home by putting on booties before entering, which I really appreciated. He was polite, professional, and very informative—taking the time to explain everything clearly. I especially liked that he documented the work with before-and-after pictures, which gave me peace of mind about the quality of the job. Overall, he went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

Jeremy, Service Manager, called last night to help me walk through some possible resolutions for my AC as it was 85 degrees in our house and we were hoping it might be a quick fix over the phone with the thermostat. We tried a couple of things with but nothing seemed to work. This guy leaves his family at 7:00 PM and hops in his truck to come fix the problem and in minutes, the unit kicked on with cool air flowing. This guy was so kind and professional-determined to help us out when we needed it most. I felt so bad that he had to leave his small children and wife late in the evening to do this, but he was genuinely happy to help. He spent the time to walk through the issues and educate me on what the problem was. Have NEVER had this level of service from any company in all my years of construction and real estate. I was expecting a $200+ after-hours fee for this but was shocked it was only $40! That’s unheard of and certainly not my experience from previous companies. He explained that because I had a service agreement with them, there was no after-hours fee. This company is clearly “customer-first”. Going to have them upgrade my old 1979 unit and am looking forward it.

Fast and honest! I was having issues with my unit and someone was able to make it out so quickly to assess everything. I really enjoy working with Dillan, he’s a great guy and is professional and effiecient. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family that move over here!

Dillan came today to check on our system since it’s been a few weeks since install. He arrived on time, and was immediately ready to work. Dillan explained what he was going to do before he started the work as well as his findings after he completed it. Thank you for your professionalism.

Rondel was thorough and explained the options well. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I am confident that if repairs of the intermittent issue that could not be replicated today become necessary Rondel will take care of it expeditiously and professionally.

These guys put on a clinic for how to perform outstanding customer service. Rondel was wonderful to interact with as far as performing the service, and Matt Johnson was great to work with on follow-up and presenting me with multiple options when it comes time for system replacement. By far, the most responsive and confidence inspiring HVAC service I've ever interacted with.

Very thorough assessment of our hvac system. Jeremy, our technician, was very professional, attentive, listened to and answered all of my questions. Additionally, the comfort advisor, Dustin, performed a thorough assessment of the system and gave us 4 different options for how to move forward. He came out on a Saturday and spent several hours of his time answering my questions and going over the findings and options. I would recommend this company for any hvac needs.

Rondel and Dalton, the technicians, were fantastic. They came to assess my HVAC and spent a long time figuring out what was wrong, they also gave me great options for replacement or repair. They were very polite, they were professional, and friendly.

The next day, consultant Matt came by to discuss specific things that might need to be done for replacement. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He explained all of the details and sent me a really thorough itemized list.

I have a service contract with ComfortMasters where they come check our system twice per year to ensure everything is safe and working well. On this particular visit Rondell was the technician that came out (he has been a few times before also) and he was absolutely awesome! We have had issues with different areas of our house having different temperatures, and they were able to assess what was causing the issue and offer 3 different solutions: one where they do everything needed, a second that required some of my own work, and a third that requires more of my work but they provide all of the necessary actual hvac services that need a professional. I’m pretty handy so I really appreciated them giving me all of these options so I could make the best decision for our family. Also, Rondell was so nice and comforting and ensured that me AND my wife understood what he looked at, what everything meant, and that our system was safe. Would highly recommend ComfortMasters! Not sure you can get any better than their level of service.
