Rondel came out this morning to check on my HVAC unit. Could not have asked for a better guy. Polite, Professional and took time to walk me through repairs so that I could see for myself and understand where the problems were. He took the time to give me options with absolutely no hard-sell. This was a great experience.

My experience with Mr. Dillon Hale was very good one. He is a most professional, courteous and well versed in his field. Within moments he identified the issues with my AC units. He provided a great description of what needed to be done and promptly took care of our repairs. He thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done and why. In short order, our AC units were back in business and he was on his way.

Dalton did a fantastic job, he was happy to help with any issues we had and took care of everything!

Having issues with my AC until. Called Comfort Masters and they told me someone would come out between 2-6pm. They end up calling me 20 minutes later and said someone would be there within 30 minutes. Dillan Hale came out and he was very nice and friendly. He had me up and running working 10 minutes.

Amazing service, good pricing, very detailed oriented gentleman. Gared was very helpful and quick to fix the issue was the blown compressor. Customer service from Comfort Masters was impeccable as well. Will be using them now on. Would recommend to anyone!

Rondel knew what he was doing. My heat unit is old but that didn't stop him from checking everything out. He had no problems with liting the pilot for me. I highly recommend this company.

If I could give Suzanne Micheal 10 stars I would. She came and saved the day for our family by fixing our AC after a prior tech from another company caused an wiring issue with our AC which made it to stop working. We were without cool air for hours in this Texas heat on a Saturday. We are so grateful for Suzanne's help and she fixed it quickly and we are now enjoying the cool air in our home again. This was a very interesting service call - I needed service Saturday, and Rondel Campbell was dispatched. His analysis skills were on point, but his soft skills were very good as well. I am a technical guy. I like to either do the work, or know what's being done to my equipment. Not only did Rondel accept the fact I was watching, he encouraged it, saying he liked it when he had customers that were interested in what was being done. I learned a few things (Always good). and he got the system up and working.
For me, this goes a long way toward proving transparency and building trust. We have two systems, the other outdoor unit needs service and I will use Comfort Masters for it as well, and will request Rondel. Thanks!

The call to set up an appointment was super easy. I can’t remember the lady’s name that I spoke to but she was great. Dillion came out just as scheduled and found the problem with my AC was very informative and gave me my best route to go as far as fixing it. Very simple and great service!

Jeremy came out to repair our heating unit and as always he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He has customer service and as always has a smile on his face.
