I've owned my house for about five years now, and have trusted Comfort Experts to do much of the repair and maintenance work on it, with outstanding results.

But nothing compared to the scope of my most recent project, a partial re-plumbing of all the fast-deteriorating (and close to breaking) galvanized pipe running throughout my 1920s house – most of which was creatively installed in bizarre ways, many years ago.

So of course, Comfort Experts was my first call.

And I'm incredibly glad it was, because as challenge after challenge was uncovered, the Comfort Expert team worked through and overcame each of them – from an oddly-placed waterline, to the excavation and installation of a new water main through a yard filled with rock and tree roots (shout-out to C&R Excavation!), to reaching barely-accessible areas of the crawl space under the house to replace difficult-to-reach pipes. Etc.

It was a true team effort, and the Comfort Experts technicians handled everything in stride with determination, patience and professionalism.

Tyler B. – only two weeks into his role at the time – was already insulating pipes, navigating the crawl space, and digging holes like he'd been on the job for months.

Zach answered the call when he was needed; squeezing into ridiculously small spaces to access areas otherwise impossible to reach.

Daniel was with me every step of the way, and I was less anxious about the entire project knowing that it was in his very capable hands. He confidently navigated each unforeseen issue – and there were many – while patiently answering my questions and constantly troubleshooting issues with the team.

And then there was Mark W., who was everywhere and seemingly capable of doing everything. He was in the attic running a new drain line for my HVAC. He was under the house installing new pipe. He was hopping into holes with a jackhammer to assist the excavation team. He had a tool for everything, and an answer to every question, and his high standards for excellence – for his own work and that of his team – also gave me great peace of mind.

What started out as a seemingly simple project ended up taking a full 3.5 days – but I am so grateful that Comfort Experts got it done, and was able to do it right. My 100-year old house will stay standing a little while longer thanks to them!

Discovered a shower leaking in the wall. Called Comfort Experts and had an appointment set for the same day. Daniel came out diagnosed the problem and scheduled a repair for the next morning. The repair is excellent and was accomplished quickly. Comfort Experts always provide great and timely service for my hvac, plumbing and electrical needs.

Rondel performed a great service and offered up-to-date options for my maintenance repairs. Their office was able to respond and send support within a few hours while my unit was incapacitated throughout a summer day. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for prompt and quality service!

Dillan with comfort masters quickly and expertly diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system, gave me multiple fairly priced options and recommended a course of action. Upon receipt of the part he came out early on a Saturday and efficiently fixed the issue, overcoming an unforeseen obstacle as well. Highly highly recommend this company!!

Jeremy Vargas exuded our customer service expectations while servicing our unit this week. He explained that there was a leak/cracked line causing our house not to be cool. He diligently repaired our unit, as well as doing our seasonal maintenance. Which also included repairing our air scrubber; that we love so much! He always has the best recommendations on how to keep our unit at its best. We appreciate Jeremy as well as the rest of the Comfort Masters team. Ten out of ten recommend this company.

I recently changed HV/AC companies due to questionable service. I researched about a dozen companies and Comfort Masters appeared to be a capable company. You never know for sure until you see a company in action. I have a relatively good knowledge of how the heating and AC operate. On 4/11/25 Jeremy and Daniel arrived to conduct an inspection of the AC unit and identify any service needed. I watched the entire inspection and asked questions that I knew the answer to see if they knew what they were doing. All of their answers matched what I knew. They conducted a very detailed inspection and corrected some minor discrepancies. My spouse and I smoke and each time my previous company told me I had an extensive buildup of dust and nicotine on the blower fan blades and would cause the motor to fail. Of course, the technician recommended a detailed cleaning. I asked Jeremy about the fan blade, and he is the only technician I’ve had that told me “it is a little dirty but not to a degree that it needed cleaning”. After the inspection was finished, I was provided a detailed maintenance evaluation form that identified 29 items that were inspected and a description of each item's condition to include the manufacturers specifications. I asked about a UV allergen system to help reduce the sneezing and Jeremy suggested a purification system that was reasonably priced with a very good warranty. My sneezing and coughing have disappeared. I am very impressed with the technicians' qualifications, skills, and positive attitude towards the company. The company also has an excellent membership program that provides two inspections per year. In the nine years I’ve lived in Mansfield, Comfort Masters provided the best customer service, and skilled technicians I’ve seen.

We have been using Comfort Masters for a few years to service our home’s 2 AC units, one of which they fully replaced last year. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I appreciate that the technicians always clearly explain everything and take lots of pictures to illustrate problems and repairs. Highly recommended!

Comfort Masters is such a good company. We called them and Daniel came out and gave us several options and was very thorough in his explanations. We ended up replacing our downstairs unit, and they scheduled the install very quickly. Miguel Garcia and another person installed our unit in one day.. They were very courteous and did a great job and answered all my questions. They cleaned up after themselves and even did some touch up paint. Each technician we had in our home spoke so highly of Stephen Moore, the company owner and how well he runs the company and takes care of his customers. I would highly recommend this company for whatever your AC needs are. It’s so important to be able to trust the AC company you use. Way to go Comfort Masters.
