The installation was done with attention to detail, and the difference in comfort was immediate. Kevin and his team did a great job repairing our air conditioner. He even reminded us that the part may still be under warranty and helped us through the manufacturer's process. I will definitely call them first if I ever need help with my air conditioner!

Kevin at SC Air was awesome! He's super responsive and friendly. As he was checking out our system, I had a ton of questions and he was great about answering all of them and explaining the issues my HVAC system was having. Our issues required several visits and he was consistently super professional and a pleasure to work with.

Gator Air is fantastic!!! He was on time, diagnosed the issue and they were back the next week with parts to repair. The new Ecobee thermostat is amazing and sons bedroom is not hot anymore!

I have used Gator Air Solutions multiple times. The owner, Brett, is experienced and knowledgable. He is methodical in the diagnosis and all phases of the repair. He takes time to explain the problem. He gives options when they are available. Brett and his helper make the repair in an expedient manner. In my case, we had to replace the whole system. My old system was removed; the new equipment was installed and my house was back cooling in one day. He was amazing. Thank you, Brett!

Brett is the absolute BEST!! He saved me from the Texas heat by fixing my AC in a pinch. He was quick to respond to all of my questions and very trustworthy! He also drove over an hour to get a part with very short notice. I will not use anyone else to service my AC going forward!!

Gator Air Solutions has installed complete systems (furnace, AC/condenser, duct & mini-split) in addition to performing maintenance services and troubleshooting for us without all the up-sell and bloated costs sometimes encountered in this field. They arrive when they say they will, listen to what we want, explain what they plan to do, answer any questions we have, then go to work. We are a repeat customer for sure.

I cannot say enough good things about Gator Air Solutions, excellent customer service, skilled technicians and very prompt responses. I should mention that they were Subcontracted by another HVAC Sub who basically abandoned the project. Aaron and his Team saw the project through the finish line and repeatedly, without hesitation corrected all the issues that were created by others. Deserves a 10-star review in my opinion!

Aaron and team were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and detail-oriented. They took the time to make sure everything was done right, and it shows — the system works flawlessly, and the airflow throughout my home has never been better.
