Reggie, our technician, was awesome! He came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. He arrived on time. He was polite and personable. After inspecting our AC unit, he determined the problem and set about repairing the unit without trying to sell us parts we didn’t need. He fixed the problem and made sure we had cool air flowing.

We just bought our house 3 months ago and my nightmare came true, our 10 year old HVAC system broke down right after we moved in. I've reached out to a few AC repair companies and Titan Air Solutions is one of the best HVAC companies in DFW when you need any repairs & maintenance.
Jose was the technician that helped installed a new blower motor to our old HVAC TRANE system and he went above and beyond my expectations. He was punctual to the scheduled time and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. He was able diagnose the issue quickly and I really like how he educated us on why our system failed. He also went the extra mile and cleaned out the coils (at no extra charge) so we can get an accurate reading on the Freon levels. Our HVAC system runs so good now, I can enjoy eating ice cream without it melting in seconds. I highly recommend Titan Air Solutions for all your HVAC needs and I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Thank you guys so much!

Jose was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and his visit was quick, thorough, and right on time. He explained what he was doing and made sure our system is ready for winter. Jose took his time to inspect the unit outside and in the attic. Wasn't happy to hear the the motor went out and I've only had this unit for 4 years. The overall experience was good though

Kevin was quick to respond and was able to meet me at a time it was convenient for me. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all questions. Very fair pricing and went the extra mile to fix some exposed wires to prevent issues in the future .

We didn't have cool air and it was almost 90 degree at night. He came after hour and fixed our system right away. Very please with Kevin! We will have him come back to do maintenance soon.
