If anybody lives in Texas they know once the ac goes out, most businesses have to shut down. Within just a couple hours, we were greeted with a service tech, and within 24 hours we were all back up and running! Thanks to Jake for working with us tiredlessy to make sure our customers and employees were in comfort and our business was up and running again. Highly recommend

Jake came out and gave me as estimate for 2 ac units. I had just had a quote from my home warranty was much cheaper. However, they were just putting a bandage on the problem and wasn't fixing the issues. Jake took his time and went thru everything with my husband and I. Jake is upfront and knows his business. A few days later they installed both units. His team is very professional and worked fast. I would highly recommend Best Texas Comfort to anyone living in Texas.

Titian Air Solutions provided great customer service! They were able to squeeze me in their busy schedule with this extreme heat! Jose and Max were very informative when it came to a clogged AC drain. They even walked me through the process of cleaning the drain if it happens again. I was very pleased with them helping us out! We have been loyal Titan customers for 4 years when we purchased our HVAC unit. They are always super professional and always make sure that our issues are resolved before they leave. We recommend them to everyone we know when they ask for recommendations because we truly believe in this company.

Reggie was EXTREMELY highly recommended by my bf’s cousin, and his wife. NOW I am HERE to highly recommend Reggie. He came out for my bf’s cousin/wife after no one else would come, and when others tried, they just took their money and never fixed what was wrong. When you’re dealing with Texas heat & then the humidity making the heat index even HIGHER, it’s hard to function/think/sleep/work, stay hydrated, & not get heat exhaustion or heat stroke. When they reached Reggie, he came and helped them, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem quickly and had them back up and running a few yrs ago and has been the only person they trust, AND can count on!

My bf’s cousins heard about our AC, but my bf is very good at fixing things no matter what it is and tried. He worked on the AC for at least 6 hrs & only was able to get so far as he didn’t want to damage the very delicate coils and all the capillary lines. He couldn’t get under the unit and wouldve had to cut into it. This is something Reggie deals with all the time, and was able to come out the next day he was working! Reggie showed up as promised & on time. He had to cut our 17yr old unit out from behind the metal it was encased in, took it outside and meticulously and carefully cleaned it. We were SOO GRATEFUL to have someone we could trust and count on. Reggie was a kind man who is an expert in his field. I usually am apprehensive with repairmen but not with Reggie. Our dogs are apprehensive with strangers but we’re immediately comfortable with HIM. (That’s never happened before)! They wanted to play with him and just decided he was part of the family and completely trustworthy which exactly how he made us feel as well. Reggie expertly repaired and put everything back together, and welded the metal back together and you never knew he was even here. He did tests on the unit outside too and our AC unit is back to working perfectly!! Do not think TWICE about calling and asking for Reggie! I cant recommend him ENOUGH!!!

Titan is an amazing family owned local business. They do great work and communicate very well before any technician arrives. Their staff is friendly and describes yhe problems and options prior to any work being done. Highly recommend them as a home owner for your hvac needs!

The fan & motor went out in my a.c. I was referred to Tiran and they were able to get me an appointment right away. Reggie came out and was able to get it fixed & checked to make sure everything else was good and also cleaned it. Him & everyone else I talked to at Titan were extremely nice & very professional. Titan will definitely be my go to with any a.c./heating issues. He explained everything to me and also took pictures to show me what needed to be done. Absolutely recommend Titan, you will not be disappointed. They're amazing!!!!

Titan techs are always on time and they explain everything they are doing and why they are doing it. I appreciate how friendly they are but yet very professional. I have had Reggie, Frankie and Jose come out and they are all wonderful and friendly. I used them when my A/C went out and they did a complete install of a new system and continue to use them for maintenance. I highly recommend them and I am hard to please. Titan Air (Jose and Max) have been fantastic at maintaining our older HVAC units and replacing them when the time was right to do so. Ongoing spring and fall service is great as well.

Fantastic experience, able to come out the next day and install a smart thermostat. Upfront pricing, live tracker for when your tech was arriving. Walked us through how to use the equipment and even fixed some wiring issues. Will use them from now on.
