Mattco Air Conditioning And Heating were incredible and we are so lucky we found them. We first called them when our furnace broke on a freezing winter day. They were there within a few hours. Although he didn't have the part needed, the technician showed up an hour later to do the repair - this was 11pm. And when we finally replaced our furnace everything was organized quickly and efficiently and the job was done by them extremely well. We couldn't be happier.

Our AC died and I needed to repair it. Contacted Mattco Air Conditioning And Heating and spoke to the technician . He was very responsive and gave me a window when someone would come to fix the problem. I placed the call at 12 noon and he came on time at 2 pm and within 20 minutes fixed the issue with the AC unit. I am so impressed with how quickly he was able to be onsite to fix the problem. He even helped to make sure all the piping was insulated correctly. I very much appreciate their assistance- I would 100% recommend. Thanks.

Great customer service when I ordered my unit Senville. The first order was damaged during delivery and Senville quickly replaced it with a new unit and sent it out in quick fashion.
Had it delivered to Island City Air in Cedar Key Florida and they did the install for me. Great company to deal with. Clayton, owner of Island City Air, had his company take care of all the installation and removed the old wall mounted hotel style unit.
I look forward to the savings I should get with this split air style unit compared to the old wall unit. I must admit I have not been to my condo yet, which is at Park Place Motel in Cedar Key Florida, but will return with a much more detailed experience after my wife and I get our chance to enjoy the new Senville split air experience.

I purchased four mini split systems from Senville for my home. Senville has been very helpful and easy to deal with regarding their equipment. As an AC contractor, I installed these systems personally and I have been delighted with their performance. They are super quiet, extremely efficient and provide outstanding comfort in my home.

I have used Senville mini splits in my vacation home in NC. I installed two outdoor units that drive 4 indoor zones. The installation went without problems and I am very pleased with the units since the early 2021 installation date.
One of the outdoor units had a problem with the main board and Senville tech support was quite good. Was able to speak to the same technician on multiple occasions and they remedied the problem under warranty. That’s super important as anyone can sell an item cheap but not everyone can support their products well.

So all in all I’m pleased with the hardware and it has been hassle free for 2+ years. Energy bills nice and manageable :).

I can remote control my units via the internet which is ideal for vacay home use.

I have purchased three Senville Mini Splits in the past five years. The first I purchased through a dealer and the others I have purchased directly from Senville. Firstly, the quality of the product is second to none. Installation was a breeze, and the service was exceptional. I ordered online thinking it would take some time to receive same however, I received the units before I had a chance to be ready for them. This is a superior product; great pricing and I would strongly recommend to anyone.

After researching the best mini-split for DIY, we decided to go Senville. Installation was pretty straightforward. The only thing we had to do was have our HVAC guy double check our work. We forgot to release the freon line. After he did that we were in business. It works great! It's quiet and efficient. We bought it for a garage apartment. We will definitely be purchasing more in the very near future for our other rental units! I highly recommend this brand.

Outstanding MINI-SPLIT, Wonderful company and GREAT service!

What more could you ask for! I have now installed THREE units at my place and another FOUR at a friends cabin. And now a third friend just bought one! The directions are great, easy to follow and if you get stuck, guess what???? You can call their support line and talk to a... REAL. LIVE. HUMAN. EXPERT! And they are wonderful at helping with the install. Unbelievable, in 2023 that a company is still doing this. It's commendable. That's why I felt compelled to write this review. Not only is the product great, but the support is tip-top!

Now as for the mini-split systems. I've used several other brands over the years, but these babies are my favorite! Very easy to work with, the Alexa integration is the best (who wants yet ANOTHER app to control their systems) and they are quiet... Like whisper quiet inside and especially outside. My neighbors are shocked at the low noise level. Well, actually more like a NO noise level. It's barely above a whisper. Additionally the max power draw has been 30% less than stated as the max in the manual. I'm saving so much money on electricity just by using them that I think they should ROI in about three years compared to my inefficient central air system!

In summary, the performance, price and above-and-beyond support that Senville provides will get my business every single time. Just be sure to read the manual, ask questions, and get a licensed contractor (EPA 608 certified) to handle the refrigerant/vacuuming and you will be a happy customer like me.

I replaced an aging/dying 15 year old heat pump with four 9K units and one 30K dual unit and could not be happier. The Senville units are very competitively priced, and support is top notch. The units are very quiet, energy efficient and capable. I have not gone through a "hot" phase yet but did get down into the teens and they had no problem generating the heat I needed for the whole house. I would highly recommend these units if you are in the market for mini-splits. Oh, customer service is great too, I was able to customize my Amazon order very easily to get exactly what fit my needs. I only have two nit pick issues, one is the 9K units do not come with a template so you have to measure where to cut the hole, it was way easier on the 30K indoor units that had the cardboard template, and the second is the Alexa integration is not all it's cracked up to be, I found it kind of unstable and ended up doing away with the Alexa "dongles" and put some ESP board based ones in to integrate with my Home Assistant software.

This review is for Senville's Sena 24000 BTU mini split. Easy installation and forward directions. Customer support answered all my questions before purchasing the unit and during the installation. I'm a licensed Electrical Contractor and the installation wasn't complicated. Works very efficiently in our hot 108 degree summer weather. The unit is extremely quiet and cools a very large living room/kitchen area. I was so impressed I purchased two additional units to install in other areas of my house.

Living in Florida, ordering 2 mini split units was an easy decision. My Senville units were delivered securely protected and on time. There was no problem with my handyman installing them. They are efficient, quiet, and money saving on my electric bills. I love not having bulky window AC units blocking my views outdoors. I’m extremely pleased with Senville.

I'm very happy with my Senville 24000 BTU Concealed Duct Air Conditioner - Heat Pump - SENA/24HF/ID. Well engineered and constructed air handler and outdoor condenser units. Size wise very compact so u can install it in tight places as it is in my place. Outdoor unit is very quiet with less footprint. I'll highly recommend all home owners and small businesses.

I purchased the 28000 BTU dual zone mini split with the indoor combination 9000/18000 BTU units. I installed the system by myself and everything went perfectly. I followed the directions to the letter. The unit is so quiet we can hardly tell it is running. In the auto mode, it maintains the room temperature at 75 degrees where we have it set without a problem no matter whether it is hot or cold outside. I highly recommend the Senville Company for both their excellent service and the quality of their products.

I purchased and installed a 12k unit before our hot summer season begins in Arizona. Now that we're in the 100's, I'll I have to say about my new mini split system from Senville is...WOW! This system works perfectly. I highly recommend this unit not only for the affordable price but the ease of installation and it's very quiet. I've now purchased and had installed both a 9000 BTU and 12000 BTU single-zone multi-split Leto units from Senville. I'm very happy with each! Very quiet, almost no vibration, and both cool their rooms quickly. Seems very efficient as far as I can tell. I was amazed with the amount of condensation it drew from the air! I went with Senville units given their good reviews and expected reliability. Seem to have some issues with Alexa-based control then interfering with control from the remote, but I hope Senville figures that out. Regardless, I plan to go with a 24k BTU Senville Aura unit once I confirm the line set routing length.
