We purchased a Senville LETO mini split heat pump 3 yrs ago and it has worked flawlessly meeting all of our AC needs efficiently and quietly.

Installed 7 years ago - runs Summer & Winter. Has worked flawlessly. Only maintenance has been cleaning fins on the outside unit and the filter on the inside unit.

Phenomenal units! I installed a 36,000 BTU to help assist my 5 ton unit in a commercial kitchen and it has been phenomenal!

This has made it were we can easily keep our kitchen cool year around! Very much recommend these to anyone needing a mini split!

I ordered a 4ton heat pump system with four mini splits - direct from their website. The order was processed right away, I was sent notifications at every step of the process from when the purchase was complete all the way to when the delivery was made. Very efficient company to deal with. Every time I had a question or concern, they responded with surprising efficiency.
Very easy to set up if you can read directions.
Quality product, especially for the price. We saved around $17k by not going with local installers bids' to install similar products (different brand names), but with less features and shorter warranty. Thank you Senville, you rock!!

My wife and I have ordered two complete Senville Mini Split units to cool and heat our home. The quality is great and we have never had a problem. The two AC technicians that installed our units were distributors of other Mini Split companies. They both were so impressed with Senville they contacted them to gather more information to buy and install them for their businesses. The customer service is outstanding. Jeff and Sophia, Customer Service Representatives, were extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

36K BTU Aura (9k, 12k, 18k). Incredible value, great performace and energy savings. I especially like the fact I can run A/C in winter (long story). I would highly recommend this product. I do hear a dripping sound in the blowers, but I am hoping I can find a solution.

I purchased a 18,000 BTU unit with the ceiling register two years ago. I like to wait a bit before writing a review in order to see how things go longer term with a purchase like this.

I LOVE this unit!

The physical unit was super simple to install. I was still under construction on my cabin when I ordered and installed the unit. I put the outdoor compressor out on a deck underneath an outdoor staircase going up to a deck. it gets plenty of air circulation and it is conveniently tucked out of the way.

The indoor ceiling register sits at a critical intersection of my house. Air spills out of the unit in four different directions, into a bathroom, master bed room, living room, and onto a computer rack in the hall. Having the ability to directly send cool air down the front of my tech rack was a key factor in selecting the ceiling register instead of a typical wall mount unit. I have not been disappointed in my choice. My high performance computers love the cool air and the rest of my house doesn't suffer.

The best thing I’ve done in a long time is buy a 9000 btu 220 volt Senville mini split it’s a great unit cools and heats very very well in our bedroom easy to install will buy again the shipping was very good too. Cannot beat Senville thank you. Sincerely Rodney Teague

I bought 2 systems about 2 years ago. Both have been out of operation numerous times. Most recently one system started displaying an error pc 04, after contacting support they sent a control board that I paid to have installed. The error code didn’t clear so they sent a compressor that I paid to have installed, the error code stayed. This system has been down for 7 months now and the only solution they are offering is for me to buy a new outdoor unit from them at a lower price after I’ve already paid multiple times to have incorrect parts installed on a the same system. While this has been going on the other system has started showing ec 56 error code again and has been down for a month so for. They did finally send parts to repair this system which ended up being the wrong parts and don’t fit the system. Support tickets take a week or more to be responded to which means if the system goes down it takes months to finally get parts through support which so far have been the wrong parts. It’s currently July and we live in Louisiana, I’ve had to purchase other A/C systems to keep my family cool and service tickets are no longer being answered by Seville. Stay far away from this company.

I love my SenVille Aura. I was able to install it myself and had success with it. The only problem I had was my flares started to leak so I had to have a HVAC tech come to reflare and recharge the unit. Other than that, it has worked well. It cools my home and when it's brisk out the heat pump works great 👍

I honestly can’t believe how easy the warranty process went. Called Monday morning to file a warranty claim on a control board, received the board fedex Wednesday, and I was back up and running. The rep I spoke to was helpful and I could clearly understand him which is a major plus for me. I will continue to buy Senville products.

Have had a horrible experience trying to get them to backup their product. Called with a bad compressor and was told I should talk to the supervisor, Mike K. After many attempts and asking to call me, I get an email that they will sell me an outdoor unit for $350 (half of what I paid for the entire system). I questioned why I would pay for the unit if it's under warranty. After many days again of no communication and me calling/emailing, told they could send me a compressor or I could by the unit. Questioned why they wouldn't remove the cost of the bad parts from the cost so I would pay the difference and never got a response. Supervisor, Mike K never responded to any other emails or calls.
It has been the worst customer service I have experienced with warranty work and now going 3 weeks with no AC.

Great mini split system. Cooling works fast and quiet. Easy to use, blends in well and is not too bulky. Great features like timer, sleeper, and my remote has a light and glows in the dark. You can even hook up a usb plugin to have access remotely.

I purchased a 12000 btu Senville mini split A/C Heating System I installed it in about a 2 hours. This A/C system works wonderfull I definitely recommend this product.

Let me start by saying that I have never been more pleased with the purchase of a product and the company that makes the product then Senville! This mini split is amazing.... So efficient at cooling and heating, almost instantaneously but yet sooooo quiet ! We have had this Leto unit for 2.5 years and it has performed flawlessly even in the Florida Heat and Humidity ! I couldn't be more happy with senville 2400 btu mini split I had it install at cabin works excellent I can also control everything on my phone before I go to cabin ill set my temperature an till I get there the cabin will be satisfied ready to use.the senville support team are well helpful they help me to get the information on my phone so it connects to Wi-Fi Well please I had it going on 3yrs no issues its Quiet ,energy efficient I'm happy with the bill I leave it running all year. Excellent Product

I have a Senville Leto 12,000btu. This unit has been so excellent. It is an older model but is still working great. I purchased this unit the year of 2015. I am looking to upgrade to a larger unit soon. These units are of great quality. My home is always comfortable. I love it and recommend this company for its excellent products!

We have used several of these units in remodeling a few homes. They cool and heat beautifully! Saving energy and cutting power costs in half. I have purchased 10 of these units. They're fabulous! Smaller units work great for individual rooms. While the larger ones cool or heat the house. Will be buying more for my rentals.

I have installed lots of senville minisplits(to many to count), and they work as well or better as the more expensive ones. I would definitely recommend them.

My Senville Aura mini split arrived super fast thru FedEx. The system was easy to install. I hired an A/C guy to fill the Freon and solder the copper pipes to make it a shorter line. The instructions were simple to mount the bracket, but it felt the bracket as light and to cheaply made, looks like it can handle the weight so it should be fine. It was Poweder coated good. The copper lines i wish they were more thicker with thicker insulation wrapped, but then again Its why the unit was under $2k on Amazon. I registered it and the warranty dept accepted it. So far it’s works fast, cool, heat , eco fresh etc…the remote and it connected to Amazon Alexa super easy. So far a month into it worth it !!! #thankssenville
