I called Reggie with a ton of questions after a new install went horribly wrong with another company. Reggie was awesome and quietly listened to my issues and offered helpful and professional advice. He was able to come out the same evening to check my system over. He let me watch and addressed all my concerns every step of the way, while patiently teaching me about my system. He never rushed and worked with me for almost 2 hours to address several configuration and airflow issues. Despite the long service call, he stuck to his initial, extremely reasonable, quote. I will be using Reggie from now on and highly recommend him.

Reggie performed the annual check up of my A/C system today and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was on time and very professional. I’ve used other companies in the past but none have given me the quality of service that Titan Air Solutions has given me. I have their protection plan so I know I’m in good hands going forward. I know I can trust Titan!

Max was the technician that came to my house to check my heating unit. He was very thorough and courteous. He explained what was wrong and pointed out what i needed to do to keep my unit to performing at its best. i called mid morning and they were able to come that afternoon. I would highly recommend this company.

Jose and Reggie were excellent and very professional. They came out within one hour which was incredible as our ac want working in this summer heat. Jose addressed all of my concerns as well as answered my questions and helped us with allergy related issues with his services. Would highly highly recommend Titan I was more than grateful for their work.

I’m so glad I had Titan Air come out and service my AC units. There’s a noticeable difference in the efficiency of the units. Reggie was fair/honest and didn’t recommend repairs or additional services that were t needed at the time. Great overall service!

Reggie and Jose are trustworthy and responsive. Reggie told me I didn't need a furnace, coils and a condenser. Saved me thousands but probably didn't help
Him. They also diagnosed another 2 issues for me saving me thousands again. I live in Flower Mound and they came to us - they specialize in North Fort worth. They are on it.

The Titan Air team is fantastic. Great communication throughout my service request with the friendly leadership team. And I didn't get the feel they were trying to up sale me into purchasing more than I really needed. I'm looking forward to working with them in the future.

Titan Air Solutions exceeded my expectations again by promptly fixing my unit before the winter storm hit. I'm super grateful for their quick response, ensuring that we have a comfortable home as the weather changes. Again, I highly recommend their services.

We were stuck at a dead end trying to find a reputable company to service our AC Leak. After several calls to various companies across DFW, we happened to ask for suggestions on our neighborhood fb platform. Someone recommended Titan Air Solutions and I decided to give them a call. It started with Sarah on the customer service line and I got the immediate feeling that she truly cared about my concerns with finding a trustworthy tech to fix this issue. She answered all my questions and just had that unique customer service that no other company has. This stood out immediately and was the deciding factor in choosing Titan. Our technician Jose was truly amazing. He was thorough and transparent throughout the entire process. He even fixed a few things for us that wasn't listed in the estimate. You could tell right away he was there to take care of the customer and not someone who was there to try and get more money out of you. We are so glad we found Titan Air Solutions and will passing their name along to anyone else who has AC needs. 10/10!

Originally Titan had scheduled my appointment for a Wednesday but Sarah called and moved us up to Monday! The emails and texts to keep me updated on service arrival were great. Reggie Johnson arrived on time. He was professional, courteous, and polite. He went right to work to diagnose our ac issue and let me know the next steps to get it fixed. Definitely a positive first experience.

These guys are my go to for all HVAC needs and I highly recommend them to everyone. The AC unit is great but the customer service is what really sets them apart. Professional, friendly, prompt. With some companies, once they have the sale then it's downhill from there but not with Titan. I have had to call a couple times for minor issues and it's been A+ service every time. I never make recommendations but these guys rock and are worthy of your money.

Professional and honest. They were flexible with my chaotic schedule and adjusted accordingly. On the day of hvac replacement, the crew was on time, careful with things in the house, and explained everything to me clearly. Highly recommend them for hvac work.

Professional from beginning to end. Reggie came out within hours of my call, he came out and accessed the problem. We expected for some time it was time for new units. Prices were spot on, units were available for a quick turn install. Installation day we had a full team all day, and never once were things odd or uncomfortable. Professional and courteous from the entire team, everything was perfect and except for cooler temperatures and a new cool device (thermostat) we were able to work all day and you couldn’t even tell they were here. Reggie and his team were awesome from the quote process all the way through the installation. Reggie was very professional and thorough in his quote and installation. There were no surprises along the way, and the work was completed on time with no issues. When spending a lot of money to replace your HVAC system you want to make sure you get not only a good quality product but also professional installation, and Reggie and his team delivered on both! We plan to continue using Titan Air Solutions for all our HVAC needs.

Alex was a good technican. Air duct and dryer duct cleaning was thorough and clean.

I used Titan air for the AC repair at my house. Reggie was great and very knowledgeable and got my unit working properly. I ended up paying a very reasonable amount for his services and parts. It’s hard to find a trustworthy HVAC contractor. But Titan Air definitely is trustworthy.

Titan air solutions really took care of me today. A week without a/c at the house & these guys would have gotten it done sooner if they could. We were just waiting on parts. So attentive/responsive. & they helped me pick a package that best suit my household and my personal needs. They've been the ones servicing my old unit for the past 3 years, so who better to trust with the new install. As well they will be the ones I continue to trust with my business. Reggie was terrific! Honest and straightforward, he explained why the motor for our AC was so expensive (ouch!) We didn’t like it, but we understood. He got us up and running before our big dinner at Easter.

Scheduled an install of new a/c. Titan Air solutions were great. Jose and Max did the replacement. On time, very professional, friendly. Answered all questions. They gave me a good deal. Job was done in about 6 hours. It looks pretty good.

I highly recommend Titan. They have serviced our units for the past few years and I have always had a great experience. I have never felt like they are taking advantage of me, try to get something extra, or push a repair or product on me. I have their service plan (2 times a year) and they have never tried to upsell me on something. Jose and Reggie are great - they do their job right, ask if I want to watch and ask questions, and their pricing is competitive.

Max is so personable and knowledgeable. He is good with answering any questions and will tell you what he is doing.
