During this massive cold front that swept across Texas, our heat went out overnight, leaving my family and me in a freezing house. I called Kevin to have him come take a look at our furnace, but because he's so amazing at what he does, his schedule was completely booked for the next couple of days.

He also provided more cost effective options that may not necessarily require additional costs of services. (I.e. buying a sensor vs adding ducts).
