Truckers beware. Everyone gets a 9am appointment. Small lot so you can not come early. Not 8:57am. Not even on time at 9am. Cluster f***.... 53ft trailer drivers, no dock ramp and the dock is higher than the trailer. They get so busy from everyone showing up at 9am that you have to unload your own trailer to the dock edge. This load is worth turning down....

The technician, Todd, showed up with a work order that a toilet SEAT needed replaced. When I told him it was a toilet SEAL, he quickly changed his tool box and went to work. Fixed problem, CLEANED UP perfectly. Could not have asked for better workmanship.

Worst experience AC was installed by this company and since the beginning it’s been giving problems and they don’t want to replace it. The pad was rusty because the installation was wrong and instead of replacing the pad they sprayed painted with us inside. The house was smelling heavily with chemicals and I have a baby that started getting her eyes red I got a headache. Unacceptable jeopardizing our health for a easy fix when we paid for a brand new unit.

These people are a joke!! They are hard to get a hold off. On hold for an hour before they answer hvac calls. They say they have award winning customer service??? I wonder how??

Hire some people to answer the damn phone first!!!

The A/C system installed on our new home by this company. Nothing but issues on this from day#1. Brand new Taylor Morrison home - now two years, still leaking all over in the attick.

After winter storm Uri, most plumbers were working hard and charging between $800-$1k for the installation alone of a water heater. My home is only 2 years old and the plumbing/HVAC was done by L&S. I called on Thursday after the storm and a repair tech was at my house Saturday morning (lightning fast compared to the vast majority of stories I’ve heard). The technician installed the new water heater in 1 hr ($125/hr labor) and I was given the water heater at cost. This company decided to help their customers after the devastating storm rather than take advantage of the situation. People like this give me hope for contractors and the willingness to be decent we should all strive for when help is needed. They’ve earned my trust and heartfelt appreciation.

Whoever y’all had driving in one your work trucks in Arlington needs to learn how to drive. Almost caused an accident with my 2 year old in the car because this worker of yours doesn’t know how to merge. When my husband honked to let him know he was too close to us and we were moving forward he just honked back and held down his horn. Experiences like this makes me never want to call y’all for services. Seems like especially if I got that worker he would be rude. Do better. License plate: PZF6739

We had an issue with our toilet and Todd would not leave until it was fixed to HIS satisfaction. He also checked on our water pressure in the shower while he was there. I highly recommend him!

So i had a plumbing issue in my brand new home, go figure. Myself being a plumber even i was stumped. So at first they sent out brad, long story short he couldn’t figure it out he was stumped. So a few days later they sent out todd. L&S told me todd was there go to guy. He arrives at the house and does his diagnosis. Again he is stumped as well. At this point i don’t know what to do and L&S has disappointed. So i call the corporate office and tell i need this problem fixed now and i need them to send there best. So they told that the best service plumber they ever had quit last year in September. So they said they’ll send the 2nd best. Let me tell when mike arrived at my door he was looking like tom cruise in top gun ready to go and ready to do whatever it takes to get the job done. He didn’t need any fancy equipment i swear all he did was look at the problem for not even 10 seconds and said too easy i know what to do. 5 minutes later with nothing but a crescent wrench and pure dedication he got the job done and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I am very impressed with mike and his service abilities. From now on i will only use L&S mechanical and ask for mike for any future plumbing issues, my only regret is i didn’t get to meet their true top gun plumber last year in September . But mike will do. Im proud of you Mike

Had issue with drain pipe and cover in Master bath. Todd came in, knew exactly how to fix it, got it taken care of and was done in 15 minutes. Good clean work. Recommend

Some technicians are good, other than that be prepared to waste full days waiting for a scheduled service and they don't even bother calling to inform you its cancelled. They schedule for a full day and tell you the technician will call you 30 mins before. So you pretty much have to wait all day. Not worth it. Also, I cancelled my subscription and they still are charging me. Very disorganized and unprofessional.

Mike was awesome! We had a horrible experience with another company and called L&S to come out. Our technician, Mike was very thorough, transparent and left no stone unturned when it came to explaining the issue. He walked through in great detail the service plan available. Needless to say, because of Mike we signed up for regular maintenance service. Thank goodness there are great service providers out there....

Took five phone calls and two weeks to get my estimate from the office. However, Joe got our room split, wires ran and was pleasant to work with. Added bonus, he is good with cats which was great because my cat followed him around all morning.

Todd Mitchell is the man! We do have a brand new home in Ft. Worth. I'm not happy with the builder (D.R. HORTON) because every few weeks something is down, tile, walls, fence etc. We had a plumbing issues and Mr. Todd was really helpful, showing on time and doing a great job. I just want to say thank you!

So lucky L&S sent Todd to do the work at our house. Polite, friendly, efficient, and meticulous work. Knows how to do the job right. Plumbing repair turned out better than new. Deserves 6-stars. :)

Todd was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He was thorough in his review of my home and I learned a great deal during my visit. Hoping that he will be available to address my PM needs next year.

Todd was very professional and courteous. Called ahead of time and took his shoes off at the door. I would definitely recommend him and prefer him to be my tech again (if I ever need one again)

Had a problem getting hot water consistently. L&S responded quickly to my call and Todd did a few checks on my tankless system, listened to my description of how it was behaving, and quickly zeroed in on what he thought the problem was. He had the part on his truck. Replaced it and so far so good. Very pleased!

Wow, wow, wow!! I called the company before they opened and left a message regarding my plumbing problem. They open at 8 and I got a call back at 7:56AM. I then got a call from Todd at 9:08 letting me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he had on shoe covers in order for him not to drag in stuff into my house that could be on his shoes. He explained who he was and went to check out the issue. Todd figured out what was wrong immediately and made the necessary repairs. He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it.to my husband. As he was leaving, he took the time to also let me know he was done and was leaving the house. I was so impressed with Todd’s attitude, professionalism and knowledge as well as the company’s immediate call and dispatch of Todd. Will definitely keep their number and use them again if any other issues.

Todd gave me a call to let me know he would be here soon. Took his boots off at the door and he was very respectful during the time he was here. Fixed the leak and made sure I knew how to shut off my water in case the situation was ever to arise. Highly recommend Todd! Great job! Thank you!
