The driver of the company truck is bad and dangerous when driving on the highway. Cutting people off, switching lanes without a signal, and racing on ramp traffic making them ride on shoulder to merge on highway. They have no driving etiquette.

Technician was knowledgeable, explained issue with outside central unit in a manner that was easy to comprehend, friendly yet professional. I was NOT happy with what had happened to the unit (but is was in NO WAY a reflection on him or Lochridge-Priest. Unit was about 15 years old, a wire had over the years rubbed on copper line, arced, when it did made a hole in copper line containing Freon, blew all the oil out of compressor, and cost me $1600 to be repaired (several hours of labor, pulling vacuums, parts, cost of Freon to recharge, etc) … it is what it is, was a rare/fluke thing to have happened, but I have always trusted Lochridge-Priest as to being an honorable company and their technicians honest.

Wesley did a fantastic job both times he came out to service our air conditioner unit. He was fast, professional, and courteous.

These fine folks were here in an hour on a Saturday! They found the problem others couldn't find. Wes Rhodes was wonderful, fast, professional, and courteous! I have a new a/c repairman!!!

Wes was very thorough and spent the time with me to help me to understand what needed to be done and how soon it should be done. He took pictures to show me the unit.
He was kind and un-rushed and spent the time needed to do a thorough inspection and informed of what was done and need to be done.

Tried calling number listed goes to Waco office they don't service DFW even though the address listed is a mile from my house. Referred me to Fox service in Austin called there they only do commercial no residential. 20 minute call got nowhere. All numbers I called for LP went to Waco office. Frustrating to see a business listed as local and they say they don't service your area.

If I could give this man 1000 star review I would do it in a heartbeat. My husband and I were no longer under their contract and he still walked us through PATIENTLY on how to fix our air conditioning. He is the nicest, kindest, and most helpful service person I’ve ever dealt with!! Give this man your business!!

I really appreciate the wonderful job Lochridge Priest Waco did on my heating and air conditioning install. From the beginning with JD and his presentation on my unit through the install with Kenneth and Caleb and the sanitation with Rudy everything was top notch. I could not ask for a better crew if I had chosen them myself. Great employees!

Wesley did a great job servicing units for winter. He was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up anywhere he went. Before leaving, Wesley made sure there was clarity on what he’d done and that all questions were answered.

Wesley Rhodes stayed with us all night working to get our AC running! And I mean ALL NIGHT. He didn’t leave until 5 am! I was able to sleep, knowing that he and my husband had everything under control. It blows my mind that anyone would have that kind dedication and commitment to good service, to work well past normal hours, forgoing sleep himself so that we could make it in time to work the next day...but Wesley proves it’s possible. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
