They came out promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything in a way that made sense. They sealed the leak and even checked the rest of the ductwork to ensure there weren’t other hidden issues. We really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and clean work.

I was referred Home & Air Pros LLC by a childhood friend when i was looking to have my A/C unit upgraded. Carlos came by to give me an estimate. I booked with him and scheduled a day that worked best for me. Carlos and his worker were on time, super knowledgeable/professional, & didnt leave behind a speck of dust. Great experience! Very nice and honest people. They were very quick to come out and replace my unit for a very reasonable price. I can’t thank them enough. My house is so cool now and I love it!

So, this company contracts with my home warrant company. They came out in june to repair my ac unit. They said the capacitor was bad and replaced it and left even though I told them that the unit was making loud squealy/shrieking noises. They said it was just the capacitor. Then a few hours later the fan motor died and they came back out and said they will have to order the part. Part came in and it was replaced. Cut to less than 3 months later the unit goes back out again. Requested the same company and they were supposed to come out on sarurday, but it was raining, which was understandable. The tech told me I needed to call in on monday to schedule a new appointment. So I called on monday and was told no availability until Thursday, even though they cancelled on me.

New tech came out and stated that the previous tech (CAT Mechanical) put in the wrong size capacitor and taped wires together that barely reached eachother and with all the rain it was causing a short.....long story short....if your home warranty company says they are sending them, request someone else.

They replaced my unit 5 yrs ago and there has not been a 6 month period that I haven't had to call out someone to fix it.
I had a new company come today and they showed me that all of the problems we have been having are due to faulty installation. Things were not welded fully, drain pipes were not installed in the correct places, the drip pan was tilted, resulting in the overflow dripping through my kitchen ceiling and so on and so on.

I hope that the workmanship is better now because I was not a impressed with the work they did at my house.
