Todd did an awesome job by fixing both showers in less than an hour. He came to my house with a little tool box, but he's professional and confident. He explained to me about the leaking problem and where and what to do. He even told me what not to do because that wasn't my expertise. Very personable and kind.

Todd was fantastic. He took his time and made sure he did a very good job and he also explained to me along the way what he was doing and how it was helping my plumbing system. I really appreciated his personal attention and the way he explain things. I would not hesitate to use these guys again for anything, but if you can, ask for Todd. He’s the man!!!

Todd was extremely nice and did great job. He didn’t waste any minute, immediately found the reason of the leak and fixed everything within a hour. I wish everyone did their job as Todd does his. I highly recommend him and will be referring him to my friends and clients.

Poor customer service. The plumber pried the end of the faucet off with his screwdriver, and broke it. L & S was given the spec sheet to re order the part, which was mis ordered twice. I was told the re order would be expedited, and it has been months since the faucet was broke. The manager Mandy would not give me her last name or phone number. The customer service has been less than professional.

UPDATE: about L&S did eventually order a new top to our dryer and did replace it

Have to say I would give 5 stars if rating for electrical. This review is for HVAC, had someone check out our ceiling vents and the employee decided to stand on our dryer leaving a huge dent. This was about 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back from them. Who does that???

Carlos remodeled my master shower and I am so impressed by his work. The shower is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not even do it justice. Carlos was professional, prompt and his work is incredible. 10/10 recommend.

I had issues with my HVAC one night and Home & Air Pros was able to come by early morning the next day. Carlos inspected the unit and then listed all my options. We settled on getting a full indoor and outdoor unit replacement. The day of the installation, everything went smooth and he installed both units in a matter of hours. When installation was done he showed me the newly installed units and even walked me through how to install the app on my phone to connect to the thermostat. Carlos and his team show great professionalism and go above and beyond for their customers.

They got here fast on an evening when my AC was out.The next morning they were installing my new AC. By that evening I had cold air again! Very professional. Very courteous. Reasonable prices. They are my new AC people.
