Wes was most efficient and very polite! Found the problem and got it taken care of. He was kind enough to take some extra time to explain the thermostat to me cause I was a bit confused about it. Wes is welcomed back to our home any time. Thank you!

I needed someone to come out and look at our unit, and they were able to come within a few hours. The technician, Wesley, was very courteous and thorough in his explanations. He was able to take care of our unit and give recommendations based on what he saw in his inspection, and he did not give us a "hard sell". When he needed to go outside, he'd put on these little disposable "booties" before coming back in to protect our floors from anything that might get tracked in. He worked quickly and efficiently, and everything has been in great shape since. He also was able to answer questions I had without being condescending. When I need assistance with our HVAC unit, I'll be contacting them again.

Click counter men act like you're scum if you're not one of their little crowd when you go in there and skip over you in line which is extremely long

no organizational skills at all at this location the customer service was horrible and having to go to so many different places and the facility just to pick up one full or the complete asinine

if you are a truck driver don't come here, super lazy people working in the receiving for 30-minute work they will keep you three days

Driver flipped me off after speeding around me. Guess the speed limit was not fast enough for his emergency AC call.

They do not sell to the public only licensed AC repair guys, yet I was told on the phone before driving there I could buy a fan motor I needed, after asking if they sold to the public.. Your loss Trane $$$

Generally rude, generally slow, but if you want trane parts they got you by the cajones...online refers you back to the branch so either way you get the dubious pleasure of the same malcontents.
