We had True Blue out in the summer because our AC was constantly cutting in and out. When they arrived, the AC stopped malfunctioning (of course). They did a few tune ups since the original problem couldn't be pinpointed.

Ten minutes after they left, it began shorting out again. I took a video of how the system was running and called them again to let them know the issue was still going on. They can back a short time later, I showed them the video and he had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. They are SO kind, honest and accommodating. It's nice and so refreshing to work with a business who truly cares about their customers!!

Called True Blue Air Service for our yearly HVAC maintenance. They sent a technician our right away. The technician found a condensation problem with our unit and fixed it. He explained what happened, and how he fixed it. We could immediaetly tell a difference in our home. These guys were great and I would definetly recommend them.

Been doing business with this company for a while now and each time Mike comes out I am reminded why I use true blue. Highly knowledgeable. This company is as honest as they come. His prices are fair and he's transparent about the work being done, you can tell that he genuinely wants the customer to be comfortable and not break the bank, plus the dude will just go out of his way to take care of the customer and save them money.

This most recent visit, I had him do a tune up and add a supply duct and the work and service was as I expected but he wrote my bill up and I paid him and at 7pm he called me and told me that he had gone over all his bills from the day and realized that he had over charged me by 40 bucks and that he had already refunded the money to my card. I didn't catch the mistake and would have never known but that speaks volumes on the guys integrity.

I hire True Blue to check an air flow issues and I’m extremely satisfied with their service. The were on time, very professional and resolved the issue very quickly. Big thumbs up!

Mike can the same day we called, and very quickly diagnosed the problem. After getting the needed parts, she replaced them quickly and then, at our request, examined the rest of our system to make sure everything was good.

I really liked Mike. He was nice, humble, and professional. Will absolutely be using them again!

I used True Blue to install my A/C system a few years ago and everything about the install was great. Fast forward to today and I had an freak issue with the unit, called True Blue and they had a tech here within an hour and my A/C working again within a half hour of that. I very much recommend them.
