David did a phenomenal job cleaning our air ducts and dryer-vent! David explained everything and showed realtime pictures ans he worked. Our system is functioning perfectly and the air we breathe in our house is so much better. If I could give more stars I would.

Had a great experience with Lowes. Jose was my tech and he was on time and courteous. He did a great job and when we discovered an issue with my dryer vent, he kept working things - climbing on the roof, going in the attic, recleaning - spending a couple of extra hours, until everything was completely shipshape - no extra charges! Very pleased.

The gentleman arrived on time and went right to work. There were many vents to clean. He did a very thorough job. He informed me of my outdoor air conditioning units were full of lint from the vent hose near the units. The vent cleaner also took care of doing that job. It feels great knowing my vents are clean.🙏🏻

Juan was my technician I had Motor Blower Cleaning Evaporator Coil Wash Condenser Coil these were the services I paid for but once Juan my central air stopped working. The company send back out try in tell me I needed freon. Which is company did not do. So I had to pay another company to come out only to tell me that Juan had unplugged my capacitor cord which caused my compressor to stop working. How I know it was him bc I have never had my condenser serviced before and he didn’t put all my screws back … smh

David Mejia came to clean my dryer vent. Because my clothes dryer kept signaling a problem with the air flow and because there had been a bird's nest in the dryer vent that I paid Terminix to remove, I thought the issue was lint in the vent. I hired Lowe's to clean the vent. David found that the vent was basically clean but that the bird's nest had not been removed. He removed the bird's nest and cleaned the small amount of lint in my dryer. He was professional and polite, came on time and resolved my issue. Would hire this company again.

This is the second time that we've used this company for our ducts and the service has always been great. They take pictures before and after and are super attentive and clean when moving around the property. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We were able to schedule duct and vent cleaning ($600) pretty quickly and they were very communicative about when the personnel would be coming. It took about 3.5 hours and all is cleaned! They showed us before and after photos as well.

Mr. Juan was very informative with the information he provided prior to doing the air duct cleaning. He shared information with me that I also needed to do before doing the air duct cleaning. I would highly recommend Mr. Juan and his crew. They worked very diligently without stopping. We ran into some problems with my electric because the machine that was used was too powerful for my fuse box. The problem was eventually resolved for the completion of the job. Thank you Lowes for all your help.

I give Lowes Air Duct employees Belman and his co worker a 5 star rating. They came on a very hot day, cleaned my dryer vent even thought the output is on the roof in a difficult position to reach. They worked together to stay safe. Outstanding work gentleman!

The crew arrived at the stated time, introduced themselves and immediately went to work. They performed a thorough walk-through identifying all the relevant vents and asked pertinent questions about the system and access. They were efficient and completed the service in about an hour and a half. They provided before and after photos which confirmed the quality of the service provided. Job well done.
