Great service - the technician actually arrived early and then had the hadd the dryer vent cleaned in 30 minutes.

I was very impressed with the results of Lowe’s Air Duct cleaning service. The service man was very kind and was at our house for a total of five hours. He worked very hard the entire time he was here. The before and after pictures showed a big difference. I would highly recommend them.

My first service from Lowe's could not have gone better. Before the appointment, the Lowe's office was very communicative over email, text, and even two phone calls (one with the head of the company who walked me through the duct cleaning process for a new homeowner). The Service Tech, Oswaldo, left no stone unturned in cleaning our dryer and air ducts. He was diligent in showing us before and after photos, and removed an old bird's nest and affixed a screen to prevent this in the future. The "after" photos of all the ducts shined!

Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning Service truly lived up to its 4.9 star rating. Scheduling was easy and a flat rate that included doing the dryer vent was charged. Our service person was Ivan S. He spent the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. He shared before and after pictures of the duct cleaning that showed significant dirt removal. Ernesto took care of our ducts, furnace motor and dryer vent. He arrived in time and explained everything. We asked to clean furnace motor fan too which added more to his work but he didn’t say no and worked for almost 7 hrs. Great humble guy! Happy with his service. Thanks to Lowe’s too!

Juan Ortiz did a very good job. He was prompt, and our dryer vent and one of our three air duct systems. He wore shoe coverings when he came inside to keep the dirt and snow off our floors. He worked quickly and as quietly as he could. But the loud vacuums he used were not very disruptive to me nor my family. He started with a new filter in his equipment. The photo shows the filter after completing the air duct cleaning. This was the fist time we cleaned it since moving in 8 years ago. We have no idea if it was cleaned prior to that.

Very thorough and professional. Jose arrived during the arrival window as expected, explained everything, and got to work. The results are amazing. This was a cleanup because the people who lived in my townhouse before me were not clean at all, and every time I walked by one of the vents, I wanted to die from the smell, Now everything is clean throughout, and it smells like fruit-flavored candy because of the antimicrobial cleaner. Could not be happier with the work!

Arrived on time. Provided a walk through to explain what he was going to do. Removed shoes before entering the house. My wife loved that! Put on shoes with plastic covers when coming in and out of the house. Provided suggestions about cleaning and AC maintenance. Delivered exactly what they promised. Will use them again.

Lowe's Air was extremely easy to quote and schedule a job. Most importantly the tech, Omar, was thorough, meticulous, professional and kind. He cleaned all the air ducts, the dryer vent, motor blower, and evaporator coils. Sometimes you have to clean up after this job is done but not with Omar. Ivan Santiago was the name of the tech. He was very professional and very courteous. He cleaned the dryer vent and removed a ton of lint and cleaned up the area when he completed the work.
He is an excellent customer facing employee for Lowes. I am certain you know this already but in case you do not, you know it now.

Javier was amazing! This was the first time having our air ducts cleaned. He was very professional, even took the time to put protective booties on every time he came inside our home. He provided us with pictures of the inside of our unit before we started, where he detected the presence of mold. He was able to explain the whole process and talked through the treatment which was very reasonable priced. In addition to being extremely thorough, Javier was very understanding of our special needs child with sensory issues and gave us warning before using the louder vacuum. I still can’t believe how dirty our vents were. The before and after pictures confirmed what a great job he did and it was half the price of the quotes we received from other companies.
