I'm very unhappy as I got my HVAC system cleaned around mid December. When they were done I was asked by 1 guy if I had another air filter to replace the current one in the system bc it was dusty. I said no but I'd replace it later as I had to order some and wait for them to be shipped. I go into my attic today 1/3 to replace the filter and the unit was empty, I look around and see the old filter on the attic floor a few ft away. So for almost 3wks there has been no filter in my unit. Not once was I told that they removed the old one and that my unit had nothing in it. I tried to call them and I get an AI system, that said someone would call me bk. I'm furious

Update: they sent someone back out to check the system and make sure there were no issues after the mishap, so I've updated to 4stars

I’ve used other companies before, but Space Air is by far the best. They were thorough, efficient, and the customer service was great. My allergies have improved so much since they came out.
