This was a terrible experience! When calling to get a quote I was told there is a free inspection that could be performed and if everything was good we could proceed with the service. Mind you this is for my elderly parents, so I had a tech come out same day thinking “ wow this is great” I received my quote for a little over 300$ not terrible and just about the same quote I received with another company. We singed and agreed about 1:45. When 3:00 rolls around I received another text with a new quote for over $600!!! I was told the tech “didnt see” the other vents. I’m not sure how things are done nowadays but from my understanding and experience, an inspection isn’t looking partially in a small 600 ft home which only consists of a living groom and one bedroom with kitchen and bathroom. I would believe the cameras would have been used in the entire home. This totally felt like they targeted my parents and took advantage. I have not known of ANY business that will let you sign an agreement for price then when discovering there was an additional cost that could be DOUBLED, just continue to do the work without givinga single notice and SIGING A NEW AGREEMENT. When I called the person I spoke with did what she could from her end which was $100 off. This was a horrible experience I hope no elder has to go through. Disappointed and angry daughter. Will not return or recommend.

Go to hertz. They are much cheaper. A scissor lift costs $1200 at Sunbelt for a week.....Hertz....$800

Matco did the install on my HVAC system for a brand new build just under 3 years ago. The condenser unit is already failing on year three.

I called them to do a replacement with manufacturer warranty (which is 10 years for parts), but they quickly informed me that they do not work with the manufacturer for warranty claims and that any repairs through them would be full price. Matco doesn't stand by their installs.

I highly recommend this Company! They are Professional & repaired my system beautifully. I have used them for 5 years now.
