I will also be giving them 1 star. i wish I could have given them zero. They are a complete rip off! $99 for just to drive out here and $295 for labor! That's outrageous. Tech offered to put the broken part back in. How helpful.

I have used this company for many years due to their integrity and honesty. It is hard to find a company that will come out and tell you the repair was so simple that there is "no charge" but this company has done that with me twice. I recommend them to everyone who ask, including my neighborhood group. Just last week I called them about a new AC unit they had installed 2 years ago as the AC filter came out soaking wet. They informed me what to do to repair it myself and now it is working perfect.

This company installed my ac units on my new house and I had problems with my ac not working correctly and they came out and said my equipment never had a metering device and told me they would come back and replace my filter drier and add a txv to make it run. Seems if your unit was not installed properly and run like that for months before the owner takes possession of house, you should get new unit or a good repair. But weeks go by and not even a phone call. I would not use this company for fear they do the wrong thing and never call you back.

I live in Rockwall and Matco is out of Fort Worth. There are several things that they do exceptionally well. Great customer service. On time. Experienced technicians. Follow up is excellent. Special thanks to Chad my Technician. He was a 10.

I have been using Matco for over 10 years. They have installed a new unit in my home, and serviced my previous units. As a single parent, it was such a relief to find a company that was courteous and trustworthy. The prices are always reasonable, and they worked around my crazy schedule too! I recommend them to anyone looking for an ac company!

I have dealt with Matco Heat and Air several times over the years. They always do great work in a professional manner. Before you waste time and money with those big HVAC companies, call Matco Heat & Air.

They were out 4 times and couldn’t stop a leak, but wanted to charge me $99 each time they came out even though I already paid to fix it the first time. Last time they said I need to have them clean my coils (to cost me $400). Had a trusted air conditioning friend come look at it, he said the coils are perfectly fine. Fixed it no problem. Save your money they just guess and charge you for it.

Stay away from this company. They charged $150 just to come out and their estimate to fix the “issue” and to order a part was close to $1900. Matco also shared it would be $100 per gallon for Freon, but they couldn’t tell us how much I would need until they start pouring…this was NOT part of the $1800. We had someone else come out for a second opinion and none of what Matco shared was an issue nor did we need Freon nor did we need the “part” they stated we needed. The other company got us up and running in about 30 mins for $200. Please trust me when I say this company is not to be trusted.

This Company took great care of me quick fast and efficient just in time for the cold weather, My heater wasn’t working and they came in and out in 30 minutes and it’s all fixed up.
2nd time using them!!
