Love working with True Blue. Mike has worked on several of our rental properties. He explains everything. He suggests what needs to be done now, and what can wait. I trust them to work on my systems.

Matt, Jake and the entire crew are absolutely amazing! We moved into this home back in March and had nothing but issues with the air. They’ve been helpful. Knowledgeable. And don’t charge you just to charge you. I won’t go to anyone else!

Our AC went out tonight and, from a family recommendation, we called True Blue Air. Matt answered our call immediately (even though it was past 5pm on a Friday on a holiday weekend) was able to get a technician to us right away. Brandon called to let us know he was 15 minutes away. Brandon arrived at our home in less than one hour after we called. We were so impressed with Brandon's friendliness, professionalism and expertise. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had our AC working in far less time than we expected. By far, this was the BEST experience we have had with ANY repair company. We will absolutely recommend True Blue Air and Brandon to anyone looking for a solid HVAC company.

2 years ago out upstairs unit had a major leak. Due to the new laws, we could no longer get it recharged and had to get a new unit. True Blue gave us a great quote compared to other companies and were completely respectful for us wanting to change to gas (we had the line for it). 2 years later we were ready to replace our downstairs unit (it was 23 years old). True Blue was the first people to come to mind. We discussed our options and what would be best for our house. The quote was once again reasonable (especially when you look at the competitors), the instal was done quickly, and like last time the team from True Blue was amazing and friendly. I will ALWAYS come back to True Blue Air Services when I need AC/Heat work done.

True Blue Air Service has proven to be reliable with great pricing! They have recently put two complete A/C system in at our office and we are very happy with the service we received. True Blue is a trustworthy company!

Matt and his team were great. After being without AC for a few days waiting on the home warranty to handle the problem, I called Matt. I let him know the issue and he was out the next day at 8am to get it taken care of. His pricing was honest and fair. They cut no corners and got our AC repaired just in time for July 100 degree days.

We were referred through our neighborhood’s Facebook page to Mike and True Blue. They’re quick to respond, professional, courteous, and they get the job done right the first time. This is a service company first and sales only come when a unit can’t be resuscitated. My outside unit failed and they were able to replace it next day at a competitive price. When I requested a follow up visit just to confirm everything was working, they gladly did so and found a defective valve which they replaced quickly. Thanks to Mike and his team we now have an up-to-date system and can enjoy nice, cool air the rest of the summer!

We had an amazing experience with True Blue. Mike was very helpful and so far we’ve been impressed with both the unit and their financing options. Our original unit was over 20 years old and our furnace began failing in February. We got quotes from three other companies in our area and our friends recommended getting one more from True Blue. True Blue provided us with the best price and we were able to get a 16 seer Trane for less than the other three companies who only quoted us pricing for 14 seer units. Even after the sale, Mike was quick to return my call when I had a question. So far so good and we will be recommending them in the future!

Matt was great!! He went above and beyond on my check-up and made sure that all filters were updated. I also love my new system. Would highly recommend True Blue, Matt, and the unit I purchased. (Also he showed up when he said he would.....a big plus as well.)

Cannot recommend this company enough!! Last summer after another company told us our system needed to be replaced, Matthew was able to fix it to get us through the summer. He left us with quotes for a replacement that were about half the cost of the other company. We just had our system replaced before the summer and he and his guys were so efficient and professional! Highly recommend!

We are so thankful for our seasonal check ups with True Blue Air Service. Our technician came to do our spring check up and told us an area that could be a problem with the drainage from our attic unit down to our daughter’s bathroom sink which was clogged. We called the plumber to get it drained immediately. We are so thankful he found a problem that we did not know about before. It was too late and overflowed our attic.

We had a great experience with Jake from True Blue. Really down to earth, honest guy. We enjoyed talking to him for a while about our units. We liked that he was not trying to push the sale of new units-like SO many other companies have tried to do in the past. Our philosophy is we will ride them out until they die or a part can't be replaced. He agreed and was transparent about the different costs for various new units etc. This company came as a recommendation from a Geek Squad installer actually who used them too. We really like that they are small and family owned and just very tried and true. Cost for a tune up and labor was fair too. Great company and we HIGHLY recommend them.

Really great service! He was able to detect that the ducts have asbestos tape wrapped around them. Unfortunately he wasn't able to work on the air ducts because of how dangerous it is to disturb asbestos, but I'm thankful he brought it to my attention.

Jaime was incredibly thorough and showed concern to get the ducts as clean as can be. It was a very tough job, with the dryer and air conditioning ducts clogged not having been cleaned for years. Extremely hard worker!
