If you don’t have jewelry insurance, an attorney, and additional time and money to spend with another company to clean up the mess they leave behind don’t use JMS Heating and Air! My jewelry went missing while they were in the house installing a brand new a/c unit. The A/C doesn’t even work! I had another company come look at it because there is no way I’m allowing them back into my house. I was told that JMS had used mismatched equipment and removed several components that are vital to the system functioning properly. After contacting reputable local companies to ask why this would be done it was in their professional opinion that this would cause the equipment to not last as long as intended so as to provide JMS with repeat business. Now they’re threatening to sue me because I won’t let them back into my house to correct their mistakes and I have to pay a new company to remove their equipment and start the job over. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company.

Adrian and his team were amazing. They arrived and got right to work. They were super friendly answered all of our questions. I was really amazed at how much detail went into make sure their work looked great and how clean they left the spaces after they were done. When we had a minor problem they showed up and fixed the issue with the unit immediately. Really great team and won't use anyone else!!
