Leak Geeks are the best. They had to do completely redo our old cast iron plumbing 3 years ago. Then somehow the pipes shifted and they broke apart. Called Brad and he came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. He assured us that they would fix the problem. We live on Social Security. We could not be more grateful for Brad and Leak Geeks, they stand by their work. Great New Year for us. Thank you again!!

From getting estimate to installation of water heater I'll give it a 5 star. David tapia gave us options available for us very patient with my husband explaining everything. They are very nice people polite even on the phone most important following up on your questions if they don't know the answer.

I’ve used Leak Geeks 3 times now for their services and had nothing but a positive experience each time. I had a slab leak rerouted, shut off valves replaced, and new toilets installed. The company is definitely my go to for any of my plumbing issues!

David and his assistant replaced an 18 year old Noritz tankless water heater and did a great job. Everything was explained up front with no hidden fees. The job was completed on time as promised. I also talked with the office staff before and after the job and they were great to work with. I would recommend using Leak Geeks for any plumbing needs.

Very happy with the service I got with leak geeks! I emailed a work request in the middle of the night, and they called me first thing in the morning. Had a technician out between eight and nine. Technician, Erik, was wonderful. Very friendly, explained everything in a way I could understand. Got to work immediately and had a job finished by 10 o’clock. Will definitely use again.

We had a leak from a past repair that was performed by the leak geeks a few years back. I called their office and explained the problem and they had a tech at my home in 20 min.
A very professional young man named Brad.
He diagnosed the problem quickly and said yes the leak was caused by faulty material and he would talk to their office boss about a warranty repair. It was approved and the repair was quickly performed by Brad.
I am very very happy with this company for standing behind their product.
I will definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs I have a hot water heater that is pretty old but is still heating. But they will get my business when the time comes.

We have used Leak Geeks as our go-to plumber for well over a decade. They are always prompt, friendly and professional, and stand behind the work they do. They have generally been a good value for the high quality of work, tho this most recent call I was astonished at the price I was charged. The exact part is readily available and inexpensive elsewhere, so I am not quite sure why the significant upcharge for what turned out to be a quick (and easy) install on the water line. I’ll take the blame for not requesting the estimate first before the repair was made, but will in the future. As always, no issues with the actual work and no leaks.

Leak Geeks did a fantastic job installing our 2 gas water heaters. They matched the bid from another company and still installed the Bradford White industrial heaters. They installed them in the same footprint and met code with no additional charges. They went above and beyond to meet all of our requests. This is the second major plumbing installation that Leak Geeks have done for us and both were excellent work. I highly recommend Leak Geeks.

Great experience! The company texted me a picture of the technician before he arrived so I’d know who to expect at the door! Don was professional and friendly. He confirmed that one of our toilets was running water all the time, so he replaced the flapper and now it runs perfectly! He showed me everything as he went so that I could understand and perhaps replace parts myself next time. Don told me what brand to buy in the future and was honest about not charging me for things I didn’t need, saying that he, too, is a homeowner and has a family. I feel confidently that the right work was done and that I was charged a fair price :)

50% HIGHER THAN THE COMPETITION AND NOT TRUE TO THEIR WORDS! BEWARE!! I would give ZERO STARS if possible! Called this company out for a third quote to install 50ft of gas line and they were 50% higher than their competition at $7,800. Then, John Schrader the owner reached out directly to come confirm everything in person and quoted me $4,000 to my face and apologized for the misquote of $7,800. I FINALLY get them to call me back for install after several contact attempts and they push the $7800 quote on me, ask to call me back after I explained the situation, then someone else calls back saying they can only knock down to $6800 at best. Once again, HIGHER THAN THE COMPETITION AND NOT TRUE TO THEIR WORDS! WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY

Called late Thursday and had an appointment (hot water heater went out) for first thing Friday morning. Immediately had an email confirming the appointment. At 7:30, Jeff Burks (with Schrader) texted me to let me know he was on his way. Jeff and Armando arrived. They assessed the situation, explained what they diagnosed, gave me an enclusive price in the range I expected. By 12:30 I had a new hot water heater in place and Jeff went over all the items I needed to know. I appreciated their friendly and professional service. I highly recommend Schrader for plumbing service.

Schrader Plumbing is my go-to when I need an actual, skilled plumber and not just a “tech.” They have done an excellent job for me in the past and today was no exception. Don did an excellent job. He proved himself to be a problem solver and attentive to detail. I will always call on Schrader for plumbing going forward.

Sewer line got blocked on Friday evening, and another plumber cancelled on me Saturday, so in desperation I called Schrader. They got me a tech (James Tuck who is fabulous) out within 2 hours, who did a great job of clearing out the tree roots that had gotten into my sewer line, and gave me an estimate on a new line. Their price was reasonable, the service was great, and James was very thorough and professional, and had a lot of great advice from 30 years in the industry. Whenever we have a plumbing issue from now on, we're calling Schrader again. So glad there are still service providers like James in the industry, who believe in giving their customers great value.
