Clogged drain. A/C overflow drains into this sink. Totally clogged. Not only was the line clogged but the drain from the A/C was clogged as well. Gave me my options. At first I just wanted the line unclogged. But after thinking things through I decided to replace drain from A/C. When he was finished he showed me the pipe from the A/C and there was a tiny opening for the drainage to go through. So glad I decided to change out all of the under sink pipes. When he removed the pipe from the A/c it had a tiny crack left for the drainage to go through. I would have had another issue soon. There was no pressure to choose either option. I made up my own mind to change out the piping under the sink. So glad I did. Great service. Great tech. He took the time to answer a couple of other questions I had not related to the initial problem. Very pleased with the service and the technician

We are very please with Leak Geeks. We been having water coming out from our foundation for the past few months so we called Leak Geeks and they sent Jakob Dorton to come look at it and he gave us estimate to how much it will be but when they started their work it turn out to be the water leak was not under our foundation so we end up paid way less then estimated price and Jakob told us that we are one of the best cases. Jakob looking young but he is full of knowledge of water leak and helped us a long the way with his honesty until the job completed so we are so very please with Leak Geeks and Jakob Dorton. Technician Erick J did a very professional job replacing our water heater. He is a well mannered and honest young man.

We had a slab leak in our home and Leak Geeks was there within an hour. Spencer did a phenomenal job of identifying the leak, mapping out plan to reroute our plumbing and gave a very timely estimate. He replaced a leaking shower cartridge while he was there and was extremely thorough in his assessment of our plumbing issues.

We had AC sediment that leaked into our sink line. David came out, explained the issue clearly, and explained how to clear it and keep it clean in the future. The person I spoke with at the office was kind and caring. I thought there may be a slab leak as the water bill was skyrocketing and the meter turning fast. For several days, had to turn meter off and turn on when needed. Jakob came out and spotted the culprit immediately. It was the outside faucet. He repaired and replaced it and that stopped the leaking. He still thoroughly checked all other areas and determined that was the only thing causing the issue.

I contacted Leak Geeks today to give me an estimate. They scheduled me in for tomorrow but called this afternoon about an availability. Jakob and Eric came out approximately 3:40PM, accessed the issue, communicated with me, and gave me the pricing. It was half of the price compared to another quote I got. They even asked me if I would like to start the job immediately too. They made it so simple and hassle-free. They replaced my shower copper pipes with the PEX system and resolved the leak issue in less than 2 hours. I am very satisfied with them and will refer them to anyone I know with plumbing issues. They are excellent and honest!

The young man did an absolutely outstanding job with a complicated gas hookup for our pool spa.. Very personable, kept us informed and got assistance when needed. The office also kept us informed of any delays. We could not have asked for better service.
