Michael has been out to our home twice in the last week or so. He is always thorough, considerate and friendly. He has done a great job on out shower/sink repairs and replaced our water heater, which was no small task. He has been so polite and is always welcome here. Thank you Michael AND Master Repair Plumbing for rescuing us once again!

I just took a nice long shower in our bathroom that recently had a stopped sewer line, and wanted to thank Mike at Master Repair for his hard work.
Fortunately, he was able to come out the same day we called! The stoppage ended up being 100' from the city sewer cleanout, and it took some back and forth with a camera and cable to clear it. But Mike was tenacious and patient. Plus, he was such a nice guy! He even gave us an estimate for the sewer line replacement we'll need eventually (old clay pipe + tree roots, sigh).
He says he doesn't read these, but I hope someone else in the office passes the message along.

Michael did a great job repairing a leaking drain pipe in my crawl space. He was helpful, flexible and professional. Showed up on time, worked hard all day and took time to explain what he was planning to do at the start then showing me what he did at the end. Seemed experienced and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Quick & Competent! When my home insurance adjuster learned I used Master he replied 'Oh! Master Plumbing! Did someone refer you? They are the best around and who I use personally at my own home.' That spoke volumes to me and its good to now have a plumber on my list of trusted service companies.

Had a massive leak in main water line. Originally called out another service to see if they could locate the leak. The could not without further damaging the pipes. Quoted us a price that was pretty far up there. Called out Michael who also looked for the leak. He found two areas that were leaking. The quote he gave us was half what the other company wanted to charge. We, of course, had them come do the work. He was at the house and ready to go at the exact time frame quoted. Worked hard and was super nice. Took two days to fix our problem and now works better than before. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing repairs. They are reasonably priced and do great work.

Punctual, friendly, a job well done, clean up was complete, and took the old stuff out.

We have used MRP a few times now. Chad and Michael are both very professional and so far, under-promise and over-deliver. We had a pipe repaired that 2 other plumbers said would require ripping up our mudroom tile. Chad completed the repair perfectly without damaging even one tile. At a subsequent visit, Michael replaced our aging water hose spigots and our hot water heater. He explained the options for repair vs. replacement in detail, and very patiently answered all of our questions. Carol is great for scheduling, and it is so easy to reach her and get an appointment made. Pricing is competitive and service is excellent.

I have used Master repair plumbing now for four separate jobs after using either Levy and Sons or Ben Franklin for years. I am in north Dallas so don't hesitate to contact them because you think their location in Ft Worth is too far away. They come willing and on time and provide friendly professional service at prices significantly less than that provided by the big outfits with big advertising budgets. They installed a water heater with auto drain and leak sensor for less than others would even change out with a consumer grade heater and much less than the big plumbing houses for the same quality and work. They also replumbed my house through the attic after I got my second slab leak in a couple of months. This cost less than fixing the first slab leak with another plumbing house. Remarkable. Michael just removed a gas line for me going to a spa heater no longer in use. Super quick and easy and less than another bid had for just digging a hole around the pipe to be cut off. They are the epitome of old fashion quality and value. I won't use anyone else.

Michael was able to save us money by retrieving a broken screw from our garbage disposal vs. recommended a new one. He also saved us money on repairing a sink stopper where he didn't have to disassemble the entire sink. He was also able to clean out a clogged drain that I thought had to be cleared by removing the pipes under the sink. The bottom stopper was over tightened and he showed me how to clear on my own the next time it stopped up. Would highly recommend Master Repair Plumbing!!

Cannot recommend this company enough! Michael came out on a Saturday morning for a last-minute plumbing inspection on a home we’re buying, and was incredibly professional, kind, and patient with all of our questions. After laying drop cloths and explaining what he would be doing, he was quick and efficient and came back with a full report and recommendations. We feel so much better about this home because of Michael’s assessment, and look forward to using them with our plumbing work in the future!

Fantastic service at a good price.

Had to have the same service several years back. The previous company I used left a huge mess and a huge bill. Not so with these guys.

Michael with Master Repair Plumbing was very professional and a pleasure to work with. They were able to fit me in same day, which is a huge plus.

Saying Michael was great is an understatement!! He was very punctual, on time, and professional!!! He was very honest about what needed to be done and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Master Repair Plumbing. I had some tree roots get into my plumbing that was preventing water to drain from my house. Michael showed up and cleaned out the lines in just a matter of minutes. He also talked about preventive maintenance that could avoid this going forward. He is ver professional and did not upsale. He simply identified the issue and what needed to be done and got it taken care of.
I will call them again for future repair and drainage needs!
8/4/2025. Another great experience to report for Master Repair Plumbing. Chad came out and repaired my bathtub faucet. Chad has been here before. Great guy!

Chad from Master Repair Plumbing is the man. I had another plumbing company come out to take a look at a leak that was coming out of the exterior of my house below the kitchen sink between the slab and the bricks. This company said it was a leak in the slab and quoted me $10k to jackhammer through and make the repair after charging me a super expensive diagnosis fee. My insurance thought that quote was high for that job so they connected me to Master Repair Plumbing for a second opinion. Chad came out and quickly diagnosed that the problem was a leak *above* the slab and made the repair on the spot for the same amount as the first company's diagnosis fee(which was entirely coincidental). He also told me that if i did actually have the leak in the slab where the first company thought it was, Master Repair Pluming would've charged less than HALF of what the first company was going to charge.

I asked the first company for a refund and they wanted to send their people back out again because they had a hard time believing the fix was that simple. So i scheduled Chad specifically to come out at the same time they were coming out to have everyone on the same page. Chad performed a static water test in front of the other company at my house, explained how he found the problem, and proved how they had misdiagnosed the problem which ultimately saved me thousands. The other company admitted their error and i'm getting a refund for their expensive misdiagnosis fee.

If you have a slab leak, want someone to explain in detail what they're seeing, show you, prove it with a static water test, AND not afraid to come out again to back up their work in front of another company, give your business to Master Repair Plumbing. They are honest and won't gouge you.

They didn’t bat an eye, they came in, assessed the work, gave us a very fair bid and were able to complete the work in a very timely manner. The staff was very nice and professional. We called Master Repair out to fix a leak we had in the wall between our house and our outside faucet.

They let us know when they were coming and they showed up 15 minutes early.

They were very professional and explained each step they went through. They left to get a part but came back quickly and our repair was done in two hours.

I was very pleased that they cleaned up the area and except for the water you couldn't even tell they had been there.

The price was extremely affordable and I have called them to return and take care of a smaller problem inside.
