I highly recommend this business, and if you happen to get Michael as your plumber, you're in good hands. I needed a couple of P-Traps installed. I called and spoke with Carol who was very friendly and to my surprise was able to get me a same day appointment. I had several other estimates, but I was so impressed with the professionalism and how courteous Michael was until I hired him to do the job. He was on time and is very knowledgeable. He took the time out to explain in detail what was being done. Michael did an outstanding job and in my opinion is an asset to this company.

We called several companies for a slab leak problem with our hot water line. We decided to use master repair plumbing due to reasonable prices and their ability to quickly assess and diagnose the problem. They came the next day and worked efficiently to get to the pipe under the floor and repair it. Jack and his team are experts! They understood how we needed to get this fixed as quickly as possible. Being without hot water for several days while getting estimates from different companies was no fun! Thank you Jack and team for getting this done! If you have a plumbing issue, you are in good hands with this company!

Michael was outstanding! He was on time. He wore a mask. (Not necessary, but highly respectful.). He wore booties which my new floors appreciated. He installed 2 garbage disposals, with all associated plumbing, an air switches for the disposals, 2 touchless faucets, and a touchless soap dispenser. Everything was clean when he left and I could not be more pleased with his work. I only gave him five stars because they would not allow six. Hiring professionals is always a gamble. Assuming that everyone at Master Repair Plumbing is like Michael, your risk dramatically decreases with this company.

Chad and his associate were awesome. I was extremely anxious about the extent of the leak. They were able to locate the leak quickly and reassure me that it was a less costly leak than I had anticipated. They were able to fix the leak within the same visit and get me back on track! I appreciate the care the took with my home! They left everything just as they found it( maybe a little better😉)!

Both plumbers, Ronnie and Salvador did an excellent job repairing the problem and I'm very grateful for all their hard work.

I was very happy that Master Repair responded so quickly to the problem. Larry was very knowledgeable and quickly decided how to go about finding the leak. It turned out that he was able to give a general area but the specific leak escaped us so the decision was to replace all the old pipe with a new layout. The work was completed quickly and approved by the city inspector in about four to five hours.

Donny was adept at evaluating the job and offering a reasonable estimate. His work was effective and he took care to clean the work area.

Master Repair Plumbing did another great job. Larry Wright, assigned plumber, came out diagnosed with a drop down camera into my laundry drainage pipe, shared with me, saw a broken pipe and roots. He gave me estimate and came out with crew done 2 days. Excellent work and service. Highly recommend.
Another great experience with Master Repair Plumbing! Larry and his crew replaced my faulty water heater. All in just a couple hours. Great repair and fair price. Again highly continue to recommend Master Plumbing.

The only reason this wasn’t 5 stars is because they arrived an hour after the 3 hour window. But other than that, they were excellent! Donny was very knowledgeable, did the job quickly and cleaned EVERYTHING up when they were done. My wife (who used to work for a plumber) said the price was right in the reasonable range. We’ll use them again when we need a plumber.
